Ok. First game after the break. Hope it will go smoothly. We will be missing Maicon- because of yellow cards. Toldo, Cruz and Rivas are 100% out, while we don't know anything on Adriano and Viera.

I guess, Mourinho will give 4-3-3 another go, since Zanetti will go back to RB and we don't exactly have enough cover in central midfield.

Being the first game after the break, I guess Mourinho would like to start off with the trusted 4312 formation. With Maicon out, a lot will depend on whether Vieira is available though my bet would be on him missing the game.

Would be great if we could play 4-2-3-1. With Zlatan, Mancini and Quaresma behind Adriano/Crespo/Balotelli. We really need to have some other tactic in our sleeve. Because when things start crushing down, we will be needing smth new.

We have played that kind of 424 formation when things have got desperate. But it cannot be done otherwise since none of the front 4 really step back to defend.
When Milan play a similar formation, they have Seedorf who does a lot of defence as well.

It is an easy game on paper, Cagliari will deffend for their lifes, so I think there is fair chance for 4-2-4 again.

If we go with 4-3-3 though, what I look forward to, is the 3 in the midfield without Javier. I will love to see the difference with him, and without him.

I want a clean sheet. After Samuel's return, we enjoyed a period of fantastic defensive performances where only a superb individual effort by Lavezzi manage to squeak in past J.Cesar but we have conceded 3 goals against Chievo & Siena since, not to mention the 2 goals Werder shipped in past us.

Any way, i wanna see quaresma or mancini play, i dont mind what one. I wanna see at least one of the 2 find good form and start being an asset to the team, especially with MAN UTD coming. We are missing a quick dribbling player who can be creative, and on form either of them can fill these needs.

Any way, this should be an easy game with a marginal victory, but with inter you never know against the smaller teams.
