Simple. With better players around you who knows how to capitalize on your strengths, and has the ability to do so you will get more opportunities to score. He is already our top scorer of the preseason. Ahh man, it's funny how wrong you can be sometimes. In two months time you will be eating your own words.

And another thing, half the penalties he scored in Cagliari he won by himself so how is that a negative? You need to stop underrating this player because he will prove you wrong. To a certain extent he already has.

This is coming from a guy who wants to start Julio Cruz because he has the highest minute per goal ratio, even though anyone who's followed Inter for more then a year knows that he is no good when starting matches.

Our midtfield is an immovable brick with no speed or creativity, there is no one make the delivery. Suazo cant create something out of nothing, he needs to utilize his speed to do things because the second he stand still he become useless, meaning he needs to recieve the unexpected pass to be even remotely usefull, good luck getting that pass with that midtfield.

And he has proved nothing, preseason means nothing, martins was top scorer in basicly every preseason. Suazo is an older version of martins, runs alot but thats about it. Who cares if he won some of those penalties himself, thats hardly a reliable factor to base a player on anyways.

He creates loads for himself. If not by running intelligently into an open space then by dribbling a player or two and trying to get a shot off. You must not have seen him play for Cagliari at all. The reason I want Suazo to pair up with Ibra is because he, very much like Ibra, can create for himself and his teammates. Therefore it's hard for defenders to keep checks on both of them at the same time.

Preseason or not goals are goals. Just because Martins "failed" doesn't mean Suazo is going to. And he won those penalties because players had to trip him up after he had dribbled them. That's a good quailty to have in a player.

Ahh you dick! For that last comment I wish we could have a rep system like in other forums so I could give you some negative.

How can you call Moratti a disgrace? This is a man who has been mocked by all of Italy for never winning the scudetto, which was unfair since the league was corrupted by a baldy with a mole like appearence. Moratti is a man that many times has gone into his own pockets to provide the club with players. That's a passionate president. How could you not appreciate that?

That's exactly the point. He's the center of attention in Cagliari, which means he's the only guy to be marked by the opposing team. As opposed to playing with Inter, he can run about doing his business without having to deal with the opposing team ganging up on him. Ibra's an attention-getter. He alone can free up Suazo, without even mentioning all the other stars of our team.

There's no other way to go about it really. He thinks Suazo was a bad buy because he doesn't improve our starting lineup. I think otherwise and if you didn't notice, I have argued many times as to why I think so.

But the thing is, only time will tell which one of us is right. While I don't think two months is a sufficient amount of time to establish whether or not a player was a good buy, I do think it's enough time to establish if one players qualities is superiour to another. Not to mention, to establish how one forward partnership compares with another.

And Suazo-Ibra is excellent already, the only thing that's been missing is a little help from our midfielders.

Martins isn't a copy of Suazo. Suazo is a much better finisher. They are similar but Suazo is of a higher level.
