This is an online managerial game. It's very complicated at first, and lots of people are put off by that, but if you stick to it for a while, it's very addictive.

You are given a team and you need to manage everything about it. You need to learn how to assign players to certain roles and so on.

There is an introduction at first while you get you 'managerial licence', and you get emails giving you hints. All rules are listed, but it takes time to read it all.

So, if you can be bothered, give it a try!

Edit: So frisko i just found u and dam u re logo is great.
Ohh here some tips:
First off all do invest in u re youth sectore it s worth it even if in the beggining it looks like throwing money awy but after 2 ore 3 season u realy have some great talents.
Ohh and don t look to much on the tsi coz if u train the right thing it goes up pretty fast.
And the keeper imrooves alot if he keeps on playing so no rotation there and don t spend money on a keeper!!
So just some tipps fore u guys who have just started.

As soon as it is your turn to get a team, you will get an email letting you know.

As soon as it is your turn to get a team, you will get an email letting you know.

Mate you have to wait for a team to be assigned to you. For now, you can't do anything. You will eventually receive an email telling you that you've been given a team to manage. (it took 3 days for me)

You will then rename the team. After that, you'll have to look at players, their abilities, and decide who's gonna stay, who's gonna go. There are LOTS of things you'll need to look after.

One thing that might put off lots of people: this game works MUCH better if you're a supporter: this means paying something like £1 per month. You can still play without being a supporter but you don't get access to lots of very useful options.

5444 on the waiting list is very much..I assume you'll get your team between 1 and 2 weeks..

Frisko there are many Inters but there is only one " FC Inter " ...There can be only one club with the unique name..Anyway team ID is 156336..
Adriano I already have a friendly this week..we'll arrange in next weeks..

You will assigned a team, probably in a lower division (7 out of 7). You'll have your championship, your cup, you can also organise friendly games. You'll have to do training, create the stadium, look after the youth team etc...

Hattrick manager tips & tricks

Here are some important information for this reality game from experienced manager..I saw that all of you are relatively new in the game so I'll give some instructions and help to my favourite "Forza Inter" mates..

The most constant income in the game are your home matches when you get the money from crowd on the stadium..As a beginer you get 12000 places.. A couple of seasons ago it was 7000 but then it was cheaper to upgrade..So the metods are changed now..
When you recieve your team you get 3 millions buget (if I remember corectly) and it on you how to spend it and get on your feet..
The most important thing is to get a new coach..I recommend passable skill/ poor leadership..It will do for the start..Then you should buy 17,18 years old players with some skill they should develope..About 4 of them.. I recommend that you buy youngsters with passable/solid playmaking skill, with addition of passing..They you should train their playmaking skill..after 2 seasons you will have formidable,outstanding, brilliant midfielders which you can keep,but the point is to sell them so you can upgrade your stadium..Remember its the only constant income.. Now why did I recommend to train playmaking..Simply its because the midfield is the most important thing in the game..Whoever has better mid will have 80% chances to win..
If you have any money left,you should by players that you need to complete your squad..warning-Don't buy players over 26 years old..

I used to play Hattrick, but stopped after about one year. Got too kinda confusing and repetitive. I was using the HaM software to decide all the starting line-ups though, cause I totally didn't know how to make sense of all the 'dreadful', 'passable' and all that stuff.

p.s: I just came back from a long holiday, which explains why I haven't been very active in a long time.
