Hello guys , today is my birthday and i wasn't expecting this great gift from the Inter official site but i seem not to understand . they want me to hold on Ctrl - Alt - (Stamp keys) that i don't understand then they want me to open my paint brush and paste ......can u guys help me out???

I got the same gift from inter.it. They just offer you a chance to copy that picture of the jersey with your name in the back.
