I've always wondered why Willy Caballero never gets called up for Argentina.Don't you rate him higher than your other keepers?
And as far as I know Garay,Otamendi,Musacchio,Zabaleta are all highly rated defenders.Campagnaro and Roncaglia who imo are good defenders are available for Sabella too.Maybe lacking quality left back and CMs is the main weakness in your squad

Yes, I do. And I think 85% of argentinians do. But not Sabella. He prefers Romero, and MR. "no-hands" Andújar.
And let me tell you: Otamendi and Garay suck. They are pure crap, even the worst forward of Nigeria would dribble them easily. Didn't watch Musacchio too much, since Sabella doesn't call him. Campa and Roncaglia will be in the bench very probably, since Sabella prefers defenders like Rojo, Federico Fernandez, and Basanta. All three of them have 2 things in common: they played in Estudiantes, and they are SHIT. Cannot win a WC with those kind of players...

Di Maria is still playing in the mid?

Yeah, actually, I think this will be the team's line-up for most of the matches...

If Di Maria can play well in a CM spot, watch out for Argentina...

IMO, Di maria is better CM than winger. Or at least equally good. His trough balls are beauty to watch, and when motivated he works quite hard as well. Advanced CM, ala iniesta, and he'd do equally good as on the wing.

What is for worry in that lineup is the defense. Very, VERY mediocre defense. I just hope that their attack will compensate for their weaknesses.

It's interesting to see the rise in this attack minded CM. Gerrard, Coutinho, Di Maria, Pjanic, etc...

Everyone here in Argentina know that our defense is our weaker spot... everyone but Sabella...

If Romero gets injured (I hope), the GK will be Andújar, another crap GK.
If Rojo can't play, Basanta will :palm:
the same with Garay and Fernandez, who btw suck. So we are fucked. I think most matches will end 3-3, 4-2, 5-3, etc. We totally depend on our attack, that is one of the best in the world, but that might just not be enough to win a WC...

Damn, I can't wait for the match against Argentina. IMO it's just one of those matches that any result is possible. It's gonna be a loooong night.

Hope for a decent result for Iran. Ain't no shame in losing to Argentina, get a draw against Nigeria & beat Bosnia tbh.

They have played 5 times against Bosnia, won 4 & drew 1. So it could be possible. :fingerscrossed:

If you consider fifa.com fantasy football shit, almost all of their players are worth 1 - 1.5, so in theory they shouldn't be "that" good
