Even with bad reffing I can’t see them stopping Cavani-Suarez up top. Uruguay is more then those 2 guys. Remember at the start of qualifiers they didn’t have either of them and they were still raping teams. Issue with them as well as Colombia is depth in their benches + which team shows up. Think it was the issue with Chile and why they didn’t qualify. You either have A 3rd Division team show up or a Bayern.
