I remember I was was really sick all week and out of my mind on painkillers. Forgot about the match and woke up at 4 in the evening to see us 2-0 with 10 to go. That just made me feel worse. Then the 3 goals came!

You know, the euphoria from yesterday has actually died in me.

I know this sounds harsh, especially less than 24 hours after the final whistle, but finishing as a finalist is the same thing as going out of the round of 16 for me.

how can you even say that? we've done something that hasn't been done for the last 38 years. I don't see how that can even be compared to the massive fails we've experienced in previous years.

Even if we don't come away with the trophy, we've played as a TEAM throughout, and beaten some of europes biggest teams on the way.

If that doesn't bring about something to be proud of and to celebrate, no matter the outcome next month, words just escape me tbh.
