Yes he is Franco Baresi's older brother. Both of them were legends for their respective sides.

Just that Franco got a lot of acclaim on the international level, while Giuseppe didnt.

Yes Alex, I think so too. Man, I wonder who that scout/manager that refused Franco was?

In any case, it's good to have someone like him being the assistant manager, he can learn from Jose and maybe be our manager one day.

I would love Baggio or Zenga to work with Baresi one day, one day in a long future...

Hmm, is he Milan's Baresi's brother?

I can be wrong, but I remember reading this a while ago.

dude, are you being legit?

I wish catanha was still here to tell us the story about the Baresi's at the dinner table. Good times.

BTW, I wonder now if Robbie will take Giu'a role in the youth sector?

Ah yes, lol, good memory Hal, I think it was 'Catanha' who told us the story of the Baresi's. Good times indeed, he'd give us history lessons while recalling his encounters with fringe Brazilian players in the rainy windy Galician cost.

Pressure? Screw that, it is the big opportunity for the old guy! He has been in the back rooms of Inter for a long long time now! None of the pressure or attention will be new to him, it will just be ON him for the first time in a while!

I think as he begins to understand his role he will do great. He is like an ambassador at this point, telling Jose the club's philosophy, background, current situation, and so on. Who better to tell him all about Fatic, Bolzoni and Super Mario? Or to tell him how important the Argentines are for Inter, like Cambiasso, Samuel, Capitano and Cruz. This guy is the perfect guy to tell Jose the Italian perspective, the local fan perspective, and so on. I think its going to be awesome!

cool reply from the right hand man

Mourinho usually gives us some advance information about his team. Can you give us some as well?

"As he says, I'll give you five names: Figo, Jimenez, Santon, Maxwell and Samuel. These are definitely unavailable. All the others are available for the game."

He is the vacation coach. He will basically wait for our next coach to come look for an assistant.
