Is he injured for three weeks or not? I read somewhere that he can play against Palermo, but I remember someone said that he was injured against Jube, and can't play for 3 weeks.

Not sure. Some say he might be ready for palermo others say 3 weeks. We will know tomorrow.

He picked up a contusion on his ankle against Juve 5 days ago. Contusions (basically just a severe bruise) on the ankle typically take 2-5 days to heal. By now it is healed, hence the photos of him passing and kicking with it. You can even see that in a lot of the pictures he is being forced to use his left foot, which is the one he injured.

The ankle is healed, but the question is if it is healed enough to play a competitive match? We may want to just play it on the safe side and let him get his first appearance mid-week against Bari. However, do not be surprised if you see his name called on Sunday...

Cristiano Ronaldo suffered the same injury at the end of August, he sat out two NT games which took place 5 and 9 days from the injury. He was back in time for his following match with Real Madrid, 12 days after the injury, but could have played before then if needed after that second NT match. The original diagnosis said he would be out three weeks. So I think the conservative amount of time out is three weeks for this injury even though the players are ready well under 2 weeks after injury.
