It's such a shame that this Dortmund team will be ripped into pieces. Still can't believe how they are going to replace Lewandowski. He is just superb footballer and they will miss his link up play for sure. They play fantastic counter attacking football and next season all we can watch is Bayern scoring 100s of goals without reply and walking the league. Shame last 3 season was so much fun to watch.

If Bayern get Lewa, they will be unstoppable. IMO, this bayern + Lewa and Goetze, is better than Barca 2010, more complete, that doesn't rely on ANY player. And their domination will begin, i bet they will be unstoppable in the following 5 years or so. Yesterday was indeed start of an era.

Yeah and if you look at the spine of the team and their average age they will only improve. If they sign Lewandowski then they will have Mandzukic as back up  Which team has attacking threat like Bayern do. But I don't think Dortmund will sell 2 of their big players to Bayern in the same window.

He will leave I think.

I'm still not sure. Petersen and Pizarro will for sure be gone but yeah the question is if Gomez would be satisfied with a role as the third option for the team. It all depends on if Mandzukic still will be used as a central forward or more in a function like the one Olic had. Mandzukic has scored a lot of goals this season but I still see Gomez as a better finisher whereas Mandzukic works a lot more for the team. Anyway it will be interesting to see what happens. Guardiola can only make things more worse.

Next question is what to do with the midfield. People are talking about Robben leaving. I would love to see Kroos for this club but I guess the chance for that is around 0%.

the forwards are not that impressive.. just look at bayerns midfield ... their bench is 3 times better than our actual midfield with all the players healthy

B.Dortmund 4-1 R.Madrid

I'm absolutely loving this. Who needs billionaire Russian/sheik money, high profile managers/players, insanely high wages & transfer costs and foreign players ??? Not the Deutsch ! That's for sure

Kudos Fußball-Bundesliga, keep up the good work. An example to others.

Robben, Ribery, Gomez, Muller, Mandzukic aren't impressive?

CFs: Mandzukic, Gomez, Pizarro.

More or less the same type of CFs, but they don't need anything else, as they only use 1 forward in their formation anyway.

Pajo Barca 2010? the team that had Zlatan and lost to Inter in the champions league? I think the current Bayern would beat that team, especially w/ Ibra's choking in the CL. I'm pretty sure you're talking about their 2008/09 team; not sure they could beat them.

So also Lewandowski is going to Bayern and it seems that Hummels is also ready to take-off. So Dortmund will end with a lot of money but without team.

Man City offered Dzeko swap when both clubs met in the autumn - Dortmund said no.

bottom line: Lewandowski has agreed deal with Bayern, Bayern bidding €25m for summer move, Dortmund holding firm for the moment

We should offer immediately. Dortmund rather give Lewa for less to a foreign club than see another star leaving to Bayern.

He just scored 4 goals in a semi final to probably take his team to the final of the champions league, what makes you think he'd like to play in the Europa league next season? Bayern, Barcelona, Madrid, Man Utd, Chelsea etc will all be after him. Italian teams stand no chance of capturing him.

Nothing. But pissing off Bayern would be so worth it
