When Cassano sends the ball in the air, he was first there next to the post to stop Pazzini's shot. On Guberti he was not at fault.

Maicon: 5
Assisted Bibabiany and his shot was saved. But zero raids on the wing, never got by a man.

Lucio: 6.5
Had to watch out for Cassano and Zelig. Legs in the air and toughness. Perhaps a bit late on Guberti.

Samuel: 6
Chasing two men in Fantantonio and Guberti. Needs to watch on the wing more because Chivu is alone and Cou covers very little.

Chivu: 5
Samp attack his side because he is the least covered. In fact, Cassano gave him hard time twice and a goal.

Zanetti: 6
His two tackles helped Inter to get out the tunnel of terror.

Cambiasso: 6.5
In the 27th minute of the first half, he had a good occasion in the area for a possible advantage. He fought hard against Palombo and it was him who started the 1-1.

Biabiany: 5
Bip-Bip must be more bold: perhaps taking on his man to get in the area and look for a penalty like he did against Tottenham. Tried but couldn't find anything.

Sneijder: 5.5
Sometimes he wanted to make beautiful and attractive plays rather than the effectiveness and what is enough.

Eto'o: 7
19 goals in 16 games (including with Cameroon): wonderful year. In the end, he is always the one that saves Inter. First half, he played for others.

Pandev: 6
Provided some depth on the wing and got a good ball from Coutinho.

Santon: 6
Used the final minutes to attack. He is the candidate to give Chivu a little breather.

Coutinho: 7
Sometimes, it seems like he is on a scooter flying. Took a few shots when it was 0-0 and a nice assist from the Little Buddha.

Benitez: 6
In the first half, it was possession football Barcelona style then he went on the attack but couldn't open the Samp box. Created much, collected little.

Overall: 6.5
Got out of the nightmare but not the anxiety. The anxiety is too much.
