I have a feeling he is going to struggle on the wing in Europe. I don't think he has the combination of skill, speed, & technique needed to flourish there. In the long term I think he'll move more centrally and become a SS or CF. Perhaps a bit like Antoine Griezman's transformation. Not saying he will be a player of that level, but only time will tell.

Hopefully we get to see him play centrally a few times this season, I think it will be best for his development.

I think he could be very good. I like that he doesn't just rely on his thecnical ability and actually tries to link up with other players.

Would have preferred Gaby Jesus but Barbosa is good on his own right, I think he'll develop into a top notch modern forward.

Too bad we still have to see D'Ambrossio there, well, it's because we have no one better in that position unfortunately.

Switch Darmian for D'Ambrosio and that's a starting eleven I have complete faith in to break down smaller teams and not get destroyed on the counter.

I would never deploy that against a big club though.
