Just 12 million euro would be good. Destro's not very good anyway. People here complain about Icardi, Destro wouldn't do any better. He's better at linking up, but his finishing is worse. Besides at Roma, he has lots of players creating chances for him, he wouldn't be good here.

You may be a bit right, crzd, but I think most of the frustration towards him derives from the fact that he is one of our best-paid players, and is not one of our best performers on the pitch. Far from it. I know it was the management who gave him his salary, but still, as fans we are powerless in this, except to slate him in public forums.

Personally, I'm extra frustrated because I had high hopes for him. We've seen how good he can be, but he almost never is.

He also fucked up multiple counter attacks and was very poor defensively. He might not be crap, but he isn't playing great either.

At the end of the day I'm an Inter fan. Not a Guarin one. It's in my interest that he performs on his best ability for Inter and not against.

I think the issue is people know the quality he has and thus we get frustrated when he plays crap cause in reality he has the attributes to play really well but his application and decision making is terrible!!

He is not the worst player but we expect much better from him! When Mancini came in he kept on saying how good of a player and important Guarin is/could be for us.. I think after his 5 or so performances so far.. all as starters he is probably beginning to regret what he said..


Also cause this is not like a tactical issue!! He is not being played in an unknown position or some weird tactics thats confusing him! This is just him not applying himself well enough.. Mancini even said in public that he needs to learn when to go alone and when to move the ball on..
