How do you post a squad selection diagram?

Hi all,

Haven't been here for a while, when I returned I found someone can directly post a squad selection picture (similar to the one in the game Football manager) in his post, an example is in the Kiev-Inter match thread. Looks like this is a new and nice forum feature, how do you do that?
