Sky one is starting a new show where the winner will be chosen by José Mourinho and sign a professinal contract with Inter.

Iwas so angry when I heard this, I was ONE YEAR too young for it.

Anyway I'll be watching and hope we can find somebody big.
Mourinho already did this at Chelsea a few years ago

being 15. Odds of it coming on again next year even lower than me winning. I thought I'd make it far enough do do stuff in Milan but meh...........

Maybe Inter can't sign non-Italians that young and that's why they have an age limit.

Football Icon 2 winner is Carl Magnay, currently playing for Chelsea's academy, he had a few loans in the English third and fourth tier i think, only playing a few matches. Doesn't seem very prospective though.

Yeah the winger fella looks very good. The striker that wears the glasses looks pretty decent aswell.

Yeah craig Walsh. I mainly like him cause he's irish!
Cambiasso wasn't best way to describe him I suppose.
The glasses guy reminds me sort of Inzaghi.

Sky 1's Football's Next Star

i don't know if any of you guys have seen it but Sky 1 (uk) has a tv show on called "football's next star" where they gave trials to youth players across the uk. Marco Monti pick 10 players and they are now on trial at Inter with 1 player being voted off of the show each week by Monti and his assistant. The winner gets a contract with Inter (i think the primavera) The players consist of 1 player for each position and i think the players are between 15 and 18.

I don't think for 1 moment that the players are good enough to compete with the likes of crisetig, fossati, stevonavic or destro but will make for interesting watching............if you're interested.

i'm liking the cb, something Fincher........he looks decent but in reality, none of these boys will compare with the primavera players, its a waste of time in terms of the players but good to build an Inter fanbase within the uk.

Ya can't say for sure that they won't compare because we've only seen them in isolation and not against academy teams from big clubs. Its very likely that they won't be as good but the winner might be able to step it up and improve during his year at Inter.
