From soccernet:

Valerenga have completed the signing of Norway international striker Tore Andre Flo on a contract that runs until the end of the 2006 season.
The much-travelled hitman, who has played for the likes of Chelsea, Rangers, Sunderland and most recently Serie A club Siena, was presented by Valerenga before Monday night's Tippeligaen match against Odd Grenland.

Flo had been linked with a move to QPR and the 32-year-old admits he would probably have returned to an English club if he had not made the switch back to his homeland.

'There has been a lot of interest, but it all came down to those two countries. This is something I want to do now,' Flo told Norwegian newspaper VG.

Not that anyone outside of Norway cares anymore. He was just sitting on the bench at Siena anyway...

Tore Andre Flo?!?! This guy is good. He should be playing for a team like Wigan at least.

He had his glory days in late 90's with Chelsea, was a true fan favourite. Hasselbaink drove him out and rightfully so, but he was a great player, good luck to him!

When Flo went to Chelsea they got him from Brann for nothing. Thus he is not very well liked here in Bergen. In Vålerenga he'll play with Steffen Iversen who's spent most of his professional career being injured in Tottenham. This brings two of Norway's most famous and overrated strikers together. Flo was quite good with Chelsea when they didn't have any ambitions of winning the Premier League, but he was probably more in his right element playing for Rangers. He scored lots of goals for them, but he had to compete with Henke Larsson in Celtic, and when he only scored twenty something goals in a season that was not good enough compared to Larsson's fourty something. Since then his career has been a farce, and in spite of several national appearances he's done absolutely nothing to justify such a place. Our national team is much better without him. In Tippeligaen (our Norwegian league) he'll probably be one of the better strikers, but our top teams are only as good as the bottom half of the Premier League. I believe Flo has made a sensible decision, but he'll be booed at Brann Stadion for sure.
