Figo was invisible. I got the game on 10 minutes late, and I was trying to figure out the lineup, and couldnt get one of our midfield players. turned out it was Figo, I only noticed him when he made the cross for the second goal. I was dissapointed by his perfomance. But he had played a great game agaisnt Roma in Super Coppa, I hope he shows more of that.

I think its a great squad we have here, when we can rest players like Adriano, Stankovic, Grosso & Samuel and still get the desired result in Florence, agaisnt probably a very very strong Fiorentina side.

Was anyone in Canada watching this game on Goal TV? The commentator was freakin hilarious, he kept on talking about orgasms and wetdreams, with regards to the movement that led to Inter's first 2 goals.

Ibra has recieved so much shit rom us last year, I think he is really going back to 2004 form. Ibra Cadabra I wanna see more goals.

I wasnt happy with mancini's subs. I think he could have done better with them. Matrix was handling Toni very well. I think that once Reginaldo made a mockery of Matrix, Mancini substituted him. I feel sorry for Matrix, first mistake and he is gone. and then Samuel comes, and god knows what he and Cordoba did against Toni. Toni continued to show why he is such a great player, I think he is set for another Capriconne(spelling?).

I am pretty pleased about our perfomance. Crespo and Ibra showed great understanding. Adriano should start getting used to life on bench.

This is just what im talking about,
Figo was invisible Execept for the 2nd goal from il Cuhu!! Hes better on the right flank he gets more of the ball and he dosnt have as much pressure on him.

One of Figo's best performances in Inter this year was against Roma in SuperCup right behind the strikers.

Figo is not "fresh" enough to run all the way to the defence and then all the way to attack. Position behind the strikers gives him more freedom, and by that he doesn't have to run a lot. It also gives him opportunities to pass the ball to both strikers.

4-4-2 is also not as good formation for the players we have as 4-3-1-2.

Vieira is not holding mid too, and what made cambiasso so good in this game was dacourt who was allways behind, and protecting.
IF DAcourt wasnt playing, and if deki was on right side instead of him,Cambiasso wouldnt be that good.
Problem is that we dont have a holding mid, only dacourt. So even if he plays with patrick and cambi, who can replace them or rest them in coppa matches? Only Deki

I would like to se this mid

-figo
- - - -vieira - - cambiasso
- - - - - - - - stanković

Deki knows how to watch their back, loves to shot from distance, and he can still drift to right wing sometimes, with vieira or cambiasso covering him
We need pizarro so ad, so we must hope Everyone avoid injuries till january and then we can bring one holding midfielder

Our central defence is starting to be a big problem again.
Samuel is worst then me right now, Burdisso is injured?, Matrix is no.1 now,but I dont think we can aford to have him as main defender, whil cordoba needs to get back to his best

Bravo for Ibra-Crespo they did great job

Figo natural position is winger, we all know that and he probably play better there, but like Lukair said one of his best games with Inter was in the supercoppa in the 4-3-1-2 system, i think it was all cause if he is one of the 3 most attacking players of the team he feels free, also cause he hs not the same speed than years ago. Everybody know that he is not a player who works hard for the team and i keep saying this since a long time. Figo position the other day reminds me of Villarreal's Riquelme, they also play like that system and with Riquelme feeling free for do what he knows to do, give assists with a lot of creavity.

About the Samuel-Matrix change, i can't talk about it cause i don't understand it, it's only normal to change 1 CB for another CB when one is playing poor, have yellow card and looks mad for destroying some legs, if u have 2 CB's and u don't know who to play, u choose 1 or u choose the other, that has not sense at all.

Well, too bad i didn't make a little talk of the game but i was out from saturday for almost monday from my home (little party hehehe)
I only wanna say (and i said it before) that this team still needs to improve, and if we can win one of the best 4 or 5 teams of Italy playing away like this, when we reach out top level u can imagine..... i'am possitive there.
