The ball possesion advantage came from the early lead, babyboy. Hungarian play was much more purposeful. Italy attacked without any brain or idea. They possesed the ball but nothing serious....
Puskás was the only thing Hungary gave the world...
There is a statue before Nou Camp (i dont know why...), there are lots of Italian clubs trained by Hungarians, etc...

FIF Special Ones10 years of FIFLOL I don't give a shit if the ball possession came from the first 45 minutes...if you cannot manage to out possess a team when you are up 1 man and then 2 men, there is def. a problem. But whatever, maybe luck will be on your side again, but I have a feeling their luck will run out against Ghana...Haha nothing serious with their posession? They took 9 shots on goal! It's funny that you try to use a 3 shot advantage to cover up the 22% possession disadvantage though.
And you guys need to stop calling me babyboy...I know you are attracted to me, but I like ladies, not Hungarian men...

take a look at our 1st half against ghana, than you might have some idea about our team being outplayed. still, the lads could grit their teeth and make a good 2nd half.

FIF Special Ones10 years of FIFI actually missed the game, but I don't really get too happy when other teams lose after my team has already been eliminated. I did know from watching the game against Italy, that Hungary definitely was not good enough to be in a World Cup semi final...
3-2 is much closer than I thought it would be, I thought Ghana could win by at least a 2 goal margin...

Forum SupporterIt was 2-0 and Ghana just lack the footballing brain, they just completely forgot about the game and seem to have their eyes on the final. Hungary were able to make a comeback but Ghana were out of the game even the manager did not attempt to change the players in order to add fresh legs and the players began to play very individually that it killed their play. Hungary switched to 3-4-3 I think it was and managed to cause some problems and tire the Ghanians.
