Count me in, let me know if there will be some FI people in Milano / Madrid and I'll get there to join up.

I see you're from Belgium as well. Me and delaurentis (another belgian member here) are already planning something, let me know if you would be interested in joining our group.

from chicago, ticket to Madrid is around $700, which is not bad at all...
the real issue, is tickets for the match

do we have any inter fans here who live in/near Milan?

i believe (not certain) an allotment of tickets will be given to Inter but will be sold locally...

i'm going somewhere....i'm not staying in the US at all..

if I can get a ticket (preferably a category 1), I'm 100% going to madrid
if i can't get a ticket, I'm 100% going to Milan

I've chosen Madrid I think. My dad works for the Spanish airlines so I can get (relatively) cheaper flights + im clinging on to hope of a ticket from my Inter Club + at atmosphere on that day will be amazing regardless of whether we win or not, whereas in Milano it will only be unique if we win.

I want to go to Madrid even if tickets are already sold, 300 euros i would pay it (it was much more for last tickets today at campnou), Inter may repeat a CL final, but i doubt it repeats a CL final in my fucking country.

ok guys....semi-good news

so far, UEFA has only sold 11,000 out of 75,000 tickets (these are what people are selling @ ridiculous prices)

Both Inter and Bayern will be allocated 21000 tickets each and the remainder (22,000), to various "organizations"

point is, we have to look at opportunities to get these tickets....

(1) Inter will get 21000; they will obviously have some restrictions (like season ticket holders or have gone to at least 4 CL games), but we have to look into it. DO WE HAVE ANY LOCAL INTERISTA's HERE who might be season ticket holders e.t.c.?? If not, does anybody know somebody?

(2) Bayern will get 21000; possibly the same restrictions. Does anybody know any Bayern fans who are season ticket holders e.t.c.?

(3) there are 22000 tickets that will be given to various "organizations"....let's start searching/looking around for who/what/where these organizations are...

LET'S GET TO WORK PEOPLE!!

here's the official release from UEFA:
http://www.uefa.com/MultimediaFiles...ediaReleases/01/45/82/36/1458236_DOWNLOAD.pdf

UEFA announced today in Madrid that the ticket sales for the UEFA Champions League Final 2010, to be played at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium in Madrid on Saturday 22 May at 20.45 CET, will commence on Monday 8 March at 12.00 CET exclusively via Europe’s football website uefa.com.

The general public will be able to apply for up to two tickets per applicant from an allocation of 11’000 tickets between 8 March 12.00 CET to 19 March 18.00 CET. Once the application period has finished, allocation will be decided by lottery and every valid application will enter the ballot, independent of the time of submission within the application period.

The net capacity of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium for the UEFA Champions League Final 2010 will be 75’000. The vast majority of the tickets are reserved for the general public and the supporters of the two finalist clubs. Each finalist is entitled to an allocation of 21’000 tickets and to distribute these directly to their supporters, meaning a total of 42’000 tickets for fans, plus the 11’000 tickets available for sale to fans worldwide via uefa.com.
