Defender of the Season
Ivan Cordoba. Materazzi spent most of his season injured or suspended. Cannavaro only looked hot in the last few games of the season. Adani filled in Matrix's gap very well but he definitely is not better than Cordoba.

Midfielder of the Season
Javier Zanetti. Mr Consistent once again. Although he suffered a dip in form compared to last season, he still managed to perform well consistently. Struggled a bit in the early era of Zac but gradually picked himself up.

Striker of the Season
Very hard to decide. Vieri played well only in 2003. Martins scored a lot of important goals but his total goals are not high. Adriano was only with us for half a season. Cruz is a 2 months wonder. Recoba's season is wrecked by injury problems. Controversial decision by me here. I'll pick Christian Vieri. Simply because he's our top-scorer.

Player of the Season
Javier Zanetti. He wasn't his old self but the rest of his team-mates' standard dropped a lot more than his.

Under-Achiever of the Season
A very easy choice. Christian Vieri. A pale shadow of the old Bobo, no matter what the reason is. It just feel not right that Bobo doesn't get 20 goals this season!!! Pick up for next season, Bobo!!!

Worst Player of the Season

Most Improved Player of the Season
I almost think that this is another no contest. Obafemi Martins developed from a reserve to be a very lethal weapon in the counter-attack. The Juve killer!!!

Best Transfer (In/Out)
Adriano. After scoring loads of goals in the first few games, he struggled. But he picked himself up at the most crucial part of the season. One of the most talented player in the planet. A must-keeper!!!

Biggest Transfer Flop
Fadiga, who wasn't called up even once!!!

Best Moment of the Season
Oh, this is so easy. The moment when Obafemi Martins scored Inter's third goal in Delle Alpi. At 0-2, I was still unsure. But when the third goal was scored; the match was signed, sealed and delivered to Inter. At the early morning hours, I screamed, to wake my mother up and get scolded. I didn't even saw his celebration at first because when he scored I simply collapsed, clutching my hand in the air. Grazie Oba Oba.

Worst Moment of the Season
When Sh!tva scored the third goal against us in the first Derby of the season. Turned the TV off, cursed at everyone related to Inter, threw the TV remote somewhere and desperately tried to get asleep. :fero:

Goal of the Season
Whoa. This is hard. Van Der Meyde's volley at Highbury was cool. Adriano scored 3 superb goals against Perugia, Parma and Empoli. I'm gonna go for the last goal we scored this season by Adriano. His second against Empoli. Breath-taking. Just asked the Empoli keeper.

My initial thought is that no one deserves this, as I think no one has been awesome. But I will go with Cordoba even though he has under-performed this season.

Alvaro Recoba. When being fit, I think he has been the best striker in this season.

Javier Zanetti. No one else has been close to his consistency.

Under-Achiever of the Season
Sabri Lamouchi. I know this guy, and the Lamouchi we received wasn´t even close of what he has been capable of doing. I´d also like to mention Toldo.

Jeremie Brechet. People might say Helveg, but Brechet has been a walking mistake-machine. But he has potential.

Most Improved Player of the Season
Francisco Farinos. He´s been better than I had ever imagined.

Adriano. Well duh.

Biggest Transfer Flop
Andy Van der Meyde. Not because he has been bad, but because we have an ass for coach who has never used him properly. Waste of money.

Javier Zanetti.I know he has played in midfield alot this season but he is still a great defender.However he only just beat Ivan Cordoba who has been great this season. :star:

Dejan Stankovic.Although he only joined us in January,every match he gives his all and has shown a great determination to succeed at Inter.A bright future will be his reward :stuckup:

Striker of the Season
Obafemi Martins.The young Nigerian just beat Adriano and Recoba to it,but this guy is simply remarkable!At such a young age he already has a good mind and great pace.

Player of the Season
Javier Zanetti.In my eyes he was the only candidate for it.He plays over 50 matches-per-season yet never seems to be tired.A great captain and a great example!

Under-Achiever of the Season
Sabri Lamouchi.Seemed to be a wise transfer in the summer.However his extrodinary poorness has shone through and that has to make him the winner of this award! :depress:

Worst Player of the Season
Jeremie Brechet.Got to agree with Jimmy on this one.I mean Helveg has shown the odd good cross and stuff but when given the chance this guy has been crap.Hopefully he will improve as I believe that he has potential!

Most Improved Player of the Season
Daniele Adani.Was great when called upon and I never knew that he would be so good for us.Not many players play with a broken nose you know! :dielaugh:

Kily Gonzalez.Has shown quality and quantity this season and has been a permanent fixture in the team.A great buy in my view!

Biggest Transfer Flop
Andy Van Der Meyde.I feel he would not have been so much of a flop if he was played more however he hasnt and in his few matches has been a big flop!

Watching my first Inter Match!Arsenal 0-3 Inter!

Being knocked out of the Tim Cup after Juventus went throught thanks to there cheating antics! :cry2:

- None have had brilliant season, but most consistent defender has been Zanetti. To me he´s more a defender than a midfielder. Close (not too close) to him was Adani who were pure class while Materazzi was suspended.

Midfielder of the Season

- I wont say Stankovic (sowwy Tim-meh ), because to me he has been too inconsistent since he came. He obviously has some talent, but he´s just too invisible at times. There´s two candinates and i have hard time choosing who´s been better. Cristiano or Karagounis. Karagounis was awesome, but Zac has given too little playing time for him. My vote goes to Cristiano.


Striker of the Season

- I would love to say Vieri, but i just cant be so biased. He didnt have that great of the season. Recoba has been somewhat consistent this season, but he´s having injuries after injuries. Oba Oba is fast, but he´s still a kid. Cruz? Nah. Kallon? Hell no, sell him. My vote goes to Adriano. He´s awesome striker, better than Ronaldo already.

I´ll say Javier Zanetti, even tho he didnt have as good season as he had last year.

Under-Achiever of the Season

- I have few candinates, but my vote goes to Toldo. Brechet, Pasquale and Lamouchi played like shite as well, but they didnt get enough chances to prove thmselves. Stankovic and Emre goes to this category as well since i expected a lot more from them. I´m sure next year will be their year.

- Kallon, without a doubt.

Since our defence played quite badly this season and Capitano played as a midfielder, I`ll give the award to Adani. He showed what a quality player he is when Matrix was out for so long. Always ready when called upon.

I think I`ll give it to Adriano who really managed to make an impact despite only playing at the club for half of the season.

Sadly, there are a lot of players who could be picked for this category. But I`ll give it to Emre. I know it was due to his many injuries, but I was really expecting him to be the leader of our midfield this season, so he was a big disappointment. Cannavaro and Toldo are other possible candidates, because I know that they can do a lot better than this.

Worst Player of the Season

Thomas Helveg. No comments needed. Also Doping-Kallon.

Most Improved Player of the Season

Alvaro Recoba Much more consistent compared to last season. If only he had been injury free more often. I have to mention Farinos too who proved to be a decent back-up when finally given the chance.

Best Transfer (In/Out)

In: Julio Cruz Just to piss the Cruz-haters like Han off. Seriously, I didn`t expect anything of him but proved to be a good player when he got to play regularly. Also Adroano of course.

Out: Getting rid of Dalmat was very smart

Andy van der Meyde. We sign a great winger like him just to let him sit in the stands. :frustrat:

It's not a case of who was the best, but rather who was the least worse. Our defence was bad this year but Cordoba has been the least worse.

Midfielder of the Season
Again, not a shining department but injuries were to blame. To me JZ has been the best and most consistent.

Striker of the Season
No question, Adriano. Although he has been with us for half a year, his impact has been felt. One could argue that he single handedly guided us to the CL place.

Player of the Season
Simply and unarguably JZ.

Under-Achiever of the Season
Emre. He has been injured and all but even when healthy he hasn't been performing well.

Worst Player of the Season
Helveg. Brechet could be a contender but if he was given Helveg's numerous chances he'd played differently.

Most Improved Player of the Season
Gamarra. I admit that i underestimated his abilities but he was always playing well when needed.

Best Moment of the Season
A victory against Juventus at last. Sadly, I knew abt the victory only 2 minutes before the game :cry2: even though I was infront of my television set TRYING to watch the game (waited to watch the game without sleeping till 3:00 AM, only to have mistakenly fall asleep 20 minutes before the game). My waking up time collided with Juventus' first goal in the injury minute. phuck...I saw no reaction from Inter players ..... Thus, I thought that, it was may be 5th or 6th goal we had conceded that game...... But ALAS !! after one minute or so, I got to know that we were winning 3-1. Then, I jumped and claped ..... I am having some minor heart problem at the moment (really minor..but still) . BUT !! Thank god, my heart was in the best condition when I saw the score which read as 3-1.


Worst Moment of the Season
In the second leg of Derby, even after Inter scored 2 goals when we were 2-0, I had thought : "Yes !! Inter won't lose at any cost, but I won't mind 2-2 at all". Sadly, Seedorf scored the 3rd goal as well.


Goal of the Season
Adriano's goal against his former club Parma. That was a killer. He did scored another 2 superb goals, but the goal agianst Parma reminded me of Adriano's winner against R.Madrid. And it was a great goal.
Not to forget V.Meyde's goal against Arsenal.
