Let's say we keep Coppa games for B-squad only. 36 games for Serie A and Superliga. Doable?

Right now, we have 18 Serie A games, several Coppa games, say 4 or 5, don't remember exactly, Cl/El games. Almost the same amount of games.

My bad. 36 games for Serie A.

We currently play 38 games in the league only (home-away)
in CL 6 games in the group stage only + playoffs as we advance.

With Super League each team plays 14 games guaranteed.

So. how many teams will participate in Super league as it stands?

so, add maximum 38+11 CL games.

Yes but on the new CL format? :)

It's more like 10+2+2+2+2+1 total?

The Super League will include 64 teams, they will be divided into three leagues: Stellar (16), Golden (16) and Blue (32). All participants will be divided into groups of eight teams.

● There will be a champion in each of the three leagues, the top eight clubs will play for the playoffs. There are no plans yet to identify a single champion of all three leagues.

● There will also be movement between the leagues: two teams will be relegated from each the Stellar and Golden leagues - their places will be taken by the finalists of the playoffs of the Golden and Blue leagues, respectively.

Sounds reasonable.

How would they be divided, by Uefa ranking or national league standing?

Yeah, Super League will use UEFA rankings for sure. :D

With this EU court ruling, this will probably put more pressure on UEFA to listen to the clubs. Clubs actually got more power and leverage even if they don't jump to the Super League project.

Or that:) But I would like to see more quality games.

Unless the domestic leagues decide not to invite the ESL clubs to participate.
It doesn't sound logical to me bc without big clubs, there is no sponsorship, spectators, and money

I am sure verona, genoa, salernitana and such clubs will wanna play in a league where they get nothing, but the big clubs get 200-300M just cause they are in the premium club.
Come on, man! They never had a chance for the Scudetto or top 4. Just look at the Serie A champions since the year 2000:
2000-2001: Roma
2001-2003: Juventus (2)
2003-2004: AC Milan
2004-2005: -
2005-2010: Inter Milan (5)
2010-2011: AC Milan
2011-2020: Juventus (9)
2020-2021: Inter Milan
2021-2022: AC Milan

I'm sure there will be new opportunities for small clubs if they demonstrate quality.

No PSG, Juve and English teams. Why Atletico is holding out?:
