This new guy is only in charge of stadium/matchday merchandising, afaik. Lewis will take care of the bigger marketing picture, I think.

The growth of Man Utd is down to one man: SAF.

Consistent success over 20 odd years will keep a few bandwagoners around Id say. That coupled with the growth in regions broadcasting the EPL and their growth was only natural really.

Are you telling me we couldn't have done better anywhere there to get us closer, even if not 6 points maybe 5 or 4 more than where we are right now. Don't get me wrong we need a hell of a lot of investment in the team but the state of other teams is just as bad that we can compete for third with a decent coach and I hope Mancio can do it. I think they said that cause there is nothing left to say at this time of the season- clearly it isn't, hence us investing in January.

I think the reason why thohir is hiring manchester united marketing personnel is because manchester united are one of the top three richest clubs in the world, so he thinks by hiring their marketing personnel , inter can also become rich and have good economy in the coming years. I hope he is doing the right thing
