U said Suso is the best player in Serie A and also that we should trade Icardi for Immobile.

The only thing I'm gonna say is that you're drunk and if you're limiting the silly stuff to posting on FIF, good for you.

Neves and Moutinho are the perfect counterattack initiators. Such great passing. Wolves defence is shit, but boy do they make it up with their counterattacking.

Which channel is it going to be?

Also, Rashford delivering once again. With all those little dribbles and precise shots he reminds me of Eto'o.

Apparently Arsenal is playing with a 4-3-1-2 system. Who would have thought.

Arsenal is already up 2-0 with a few mins left before half time. I have to mention that Aubameyang was close to score a golazo with over head kick. Credit to Arsenal for playing like a proper team though.

with 2 poachers to lead the line? :work:

Before moving to Arsenal, both were actually poachers, so yeah.

And I never said that 2 poachers is the way to go, I just said 2 strikers with scoring capability up front.

I think both Aubameyang and Lacazette have sufficient skills to not only wait in the penalty box all the time. Same with Icardi (being our best crosser :D)

So... Chelsea.

Sarri openly said he's pissed at the players's mentality.

Conte was also saying - indirectly - that he was pissed at the players' mentality in the first months he was there, they finally got on board and ended up winning the league despite the odds.

Mourinho also had the same issues with pretty much the same core of players.

I guess it's safe to assume that the players are ungrateful morons. Also fair to assume that this is the case in most PL teams with the exception of Man City and nowadays Klopp has a group he can trust, but you could see he'd be feeling the same way in the past.

Think it's like that with the new generation. Just harder to win respect for these coaches

It's not just that. That's a great factor of course, but one of the Chelsea legends explains it best as an overall issue in English football: https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/former-italy-striker-gianluca-vialli-11397266 I'll quote some parts.

Vialli says English players are mollycoddled by fans in the Premier League.

"England players are not trained to deal with pressure," Vialli said. "In Italy, you lose a game, you can't walk out of the stadium without having a police escort."

"You lose a game in England and you get out and, as long as you've done your best, you are asked to sign autographs and you see the kids and you see everybody and nothing happens."

"Pressure is a combination of expectations, scrutiny and consequences. If the consequences are grave, then you feel more pressure and if you feel more pressure you learn how to cope with that."

And then there's this earlier statement from the same person. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...ays-former-Blues-striker-Gianluca-Vialli.html

Vialli claims the reason for this is that Conte is used to players who are more 'dedicated' while players arriving in the English game feel like 'lifting a burden' from their shoulders.

Speaking on Sky Sports ahead of Chelsea's clash with champions Leicester, Vialli said: 'No one was expecting him to have a smooth ride. It's a difficult challenge, he believes in the attitude of players. Antonios's challenge will be to change the attitude of the players because last season it was not good enough.

'He wants to take them out of that comfort zone and rediscover the desire. It won't be easy because Conte is used to a different type of player.

'Italian players think about football 24-7 and players who come to Premier League come because they love it, because there’s no pressure.

It's very entertaining very enjoyable but Conte will have to convince them to change their attitude. That's his main challenge.

'He wants desire, high intensity football and to play sophisticatedly from a tactical view and to win games. And he wants dedicated players that think about football all the time.

'Coming to Premier League is like lifting a burden from your shoulders... there’s no real pressure,' he added.

This is what Sarri is facing as well. He's probably not very patient and has no mood to babysit millionaire athletes, so if they're not on board he's probably just gonna give up on them.

And of course, Italy has a similar issue now but it's not exactly due to this. The problem is that the main clubs like us and Milan have been in obscurity for a long time, we don't feature that many Italian NT players either and those who do play are either in easy ride situations (PSG or Juventus) or at midtable clubs with limited pressure.

I heard about the same topic on the radio today. They included Mourinho and generally speaking the "Latin coaches". I am pretty sure in Argentina it's the same as in Italy, but I wouldn't know about Spain and Portugal. Has Pochettino ever complained about his players slacking off?

Aubameyang is a pocher but Lacazette is far from it. He is very good footballer, very good first touch, can dribble and also has good vision. He is anything but poacher, he is very good footballer. Auba on the other hand is limited player but has good movement.

Anyways on ManUtd, 7/7 overall and 6/6 in the league. Can't ask for a better start than that. When Solskjaer took over it was 9 points behind Arsenal and around 10 behind Chelsea, now it's just 3 points. Fitness levels are very poor though, not surprising considering the game we played for last 2-3 years.
