Look at that last 2 years of Champions League only 1 English team has made the quarter finals. OH MY GOD PANIC! Compare that to 2008 when there were 3 English teams in the semifinals.

EPL is obviously in decline.

Champions League is a bonus but otherwise I think EPL is very competitive, unlike other European leagues.

It has always been though. More organized teams, more competition, better and attractive football than other leagues ect ect.

EPL declining? Based on what? .. ManUtd got a new coach after a quite long time and obviously they need time to bounce back like usual, then ManCity just got better than before and they became more competitive now, then it's Liverpool who improved like hell and competing for the title, Chelsea with the new coach and we know Mou's strategy that needs time to make impact, Arsenal with a fantastic team nowadays and so on..

And of course teams like Everton, Newcastle, Southampton, are quite good teams and play nice football, except of Spurs that disappointed completely this season, but other than that, EPL is quite an attractive league and very competitive.

I don't know about overall quality or w/e but the EPL has been very competitive and exciting this year. Everton, Arsenal, and Liverpool doing better than usual and Man Utd, Man City, and Chelsea having new manager hiccups, could be the most open fight for title and CL spots in years.

More organized teams and better attractive football than other leagues? Don't know what league your watching but it surely can not be the premiere league. And other league s have just as good competition too if not better really, because some of them players that play in the bottom half of the EPL ( mainly the English ones ) are pure shit and i should know i have played football with some.
