Inter season ticket very dulness sales. we had good end of last season and great calciomercato. especially win Super Coppa Italiana. all the Interista know It'll be Inter's season and begin "Grande Inter".

But just 38.979 sold. disappointing number.

Ive noticed that actually, usually by this time we are well above 40,000 tickets. Its not for lack of enthusiasm, we have 2 trophies in less than 10 weeks, could there be another reason why the fans are staying home this season?

I was discussing the same topic with a friend. He believed that the behaviour of our ultras in the euro derby might be one of several reasons! However I still do believe we that we are going to surpass the 40 00 mark in a week or two. Especially as the season ticket purchase runs few weeks into the new season.

No worries my friends...Interistas dont need season tickets...they attend games without them...After milan won scudetto we are lossing in season tickets, before used to be us always...But still inter has highest attendance In every season

I visited some Italian Inter Forums and as far as i could understand it is the price that scares the fans. Perhaps some people thought that by winning Coppa Italia fans would be more determined to watch such succesful team

Treviso is the problem... And also there is much more security and it's exhausting for older fans, like the ones that take their children to the stadium. Off course there are other explanations as well

Not likely about Vieri sayaka, and Italian players wouldn't make a bit of a difference. The Inter fans welcomed Figo like a God, waiting outside the club's offices to cheer him.
And he's no Italian.

but i still think they wud preffer to c few more Italians in our squad ... look at it ... only Materazzi and Hammer represent the Azzuri now ... from a top Italian side thatz not enough.
Right now it may not be that big an issue as winning d scudetto is ... but i dont think d Inter fans secretly wud be proud of this fact.

SEASON TICKET NO. 40,000 TO SPIKE LEE

MILAN - Inter's season ticket number 40,000 for the 2005/06 season bears the name of Spike Lee. The credit card-sized season ticket, along with an Adriano shirt, was given to the American film director this morning at a hotel in Milan.

It is the second year as an Inter season ticket holder for Lee, who has declared his passion for the Nerazzurri colours in the past, defining them as 'the most elegant' in football. In exchange for Massimo Moratti's gesture, Lee gave the Inter patron a copy of his short entitled Jesus Children of America, part of the omnibus film All the Invisible Children produced by Maria Grazia Cucinotta, Chiara Tilesi and Stefano Veneruso. In all, there are seven episodes which recount the experiences of underprivileged and exploited children from around the world. Other famous film directors who worked on the project include John Woo and Emir Kusturica.

Supported by UNICEF and the World Food Program, All the Invisible Children was presented at the Venice International Film Festival last week and will be shown at Italian cinemas in January.
