Agreed even if it leads to nothing we should always sue jube if we see a chance to do so just to mess with them.

stay focused on Berardi: we can get him! I'm sure he would like to join us [for 3m/season who wouldn't?], as we wouldn't take these kind of actions just for fun.

A player in his position would probably be reluctant to hand in a transfer request, as Sassuolo treated him well, but he already made a statement by refusing to join LA MERDA this summer.

Legally speaking [I am master in Law] we can attack a presumed gentleman's agreement between them, but besides having slim chances against a system built to support juBe, it wouldn't help too much in this case. Sure, it could impact juBe's image again, but nobody can force Sassuolo owner [milan fan] to sell him to us - as long as Berardi doesn't have a buy-out clause [and he probably doesn't].

I am optimistic on getting him!

TS - That's why Inter face Juventus for Berardi
Today's Tuttosport explain the reason why Inter are trying to overtake Juventus on Domenico Berardi. Zhang Jindong's will is to face the Bianconeri to be the first alternative to extablished power in serie A. That's why the Nerazzurri exposed themselves with this important bid, even if negotiations with Sassuolo are difficult. Ausilio made Berard's agent know that they can wait for him and yesterday told Candreva's agent that the ownership won't spend more than 15 million for a 30 aged player.

That's only reasonable thing to do.

No transfer fees over 15 milions and no long term contract for players over 30.

Well, if the reports are indeed true, the calculations are right: we offer 15m for Yaya too :trolldad: €5m/year x 3 years = €15m :D

if thats true, I love our new owners already.
If we manage to get Berardi it will mean maximum level of satisfaction + already fucking with juBe.

'Berardi-Juve means nothing!'
By Football Italia staff

The war over Inter target Domenico Berardi continues as Sassuolo's general manager says 'the relationship with Juventus means nothing'.

The Nerazzurri's link to the young Italian striker came as a surprise to the Old Lady, who had purportedly already been turned down.

Juventus sporting director Beppe Marotta declared it seemed unlikely to him that Berardi would go to Inter, but he was promptly hushed by the player's agent.

Now Sassuolo's general manager Giovanni Carnevali added his own view on the situation.

“Together with Domenico we took an important decision 20 days ago,” he said, as reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport. “He chose to play with us for another season. That's why his sale is not even being considered.

“I'd like to specify that our consolidated relationship with Juve means nothing in this situation, so much so that the Bianconeri have no option on the player.

“Berardi is our treasure. We gave up on €25m to keep counting on his contribution this season. Our plans haven't changed, and in any case Inter haven't presented any written offer yet.”

The Nerazzurri are believed to be offering €25m for the player, along with a five-year contract for €2.5m per season. They are currently waiting for Berardi to return from his holidays, whereupon he'll discuss the offer with his agent.
Add Banega AND Toure to that mix = pretty strong statement of will by Suning Group

Atletico paid 16+2 to get Vrsaljko from Rube...possibly 25 won't be enough for Berardi...

Difficult to imagine us succeeding with this transfer. Juve have a lot of power over these provincial teams and thus, are able to control the fate of the attractive italian talents, as seen in previous years. This is similar to when they sabotaged our Verratti bid. No wonder we usually shop abroad. Fuck 'em.

So can we take back Duncan and sell Ranocchia to another team please?
If they say no to us, we should say no to them.

If they literally refuse more then €28m, literally go buy someone else and never deal with Sassuolo again.
There are plenty of more talented players that are just as young as Berardi from Europe (born in EU).

Sass CEO Carnevali says that Berardi choose to stay another season at Sass and Rube have no say in their player's future,he also said we made no offer for Berardi atm but they know Inter like the player and the two clubs have a great relationships
They also said 20 days ago to Inter that Duncan and Acerbi are not for sale
Also they are interested in Frog

They don't want to sell anyone to us but they want Frog...

I kind of hate Sass now

Now they have one of our home grown top talents and we cannot do anything about it right? Jokes on us.

We should never deal with Juve's bitch again if that's true. And we should stop using our best home grown talents to balance the books. Fucking idiots, learn a thing or two from other clubs on how to promete youth players to the first team....
