i have been lucky enough to have one training session with treviso primavera and was also supposed 2 trial at chievo verona last year 2005 when i was 17.
when i was training at treviso i noticed the gap between kickabout football and atcually playing the game seriously just about as soon as i got there.. instead of bringing bags full of equipment to training i noticed the primavera players came to training holding nothing but their boots with all the kit taken care of in order of number (even the underwear was numbered according to the player) I noticed the concentration plus technical and tactical fluency of the team. they midfielders had terrific control even though the ground was bumpy and crosses were lethal. If anyone wants to get a trial with a primavera team i suggest u call them if you are under 15 and ask for a guy called piero ausilio (inter youth department) and speak to him or just call his mobile lol. I think if you are over 15 (ive infact just turned 19) its probably better to work with an agent or try extremely hard to establish yourself and get a name. If your really good enough (or determined to be good) they will hear about and contact you or someone will recommend you to them. If u dont feel ready or think u need some good nurtuting and exposure try calling one of inters nursery clubs like montebelluna in serie d (where domenico germinale, momente', francesco toldo, del piero, also serena and many more played at before joining professional clubs) they are a good starting block for kids around 13 to 16 and the number is 0423.23986 (add international codes)
However, I reccomend players to establish themselves and let clubs and agents come to you.. thats the sign that means things are starting to pay off
