After a few days we'll read a statement on inter.it like

MILAN - Thiago Motta is officially an Inter player. The Brazilian midfielder has joined on a permanent deal from Genoa, and has signed a four-year contract which will run until 4 July 2013. The documents relating to the transfer have been registered at the Italian Football League's offices.

As part of the deal, every Inter youngster has now exclusive rights to Genoa.
