So scoring 22 goals and 2nd highest scorer in Serie A with Genoa is not an achievement?

Uhm, you misunderstood me. I mean for us.

He is definetly not a one season wonder. He just seems a little off the shape and form currently. I'm confident both will come to him.

To me, he looks similar to how he was last year in this march/april time remember ? When he looked like tired a lot, and looked like in need of a rest. I remember us talking that he seemed off form then, but he picked it up again.

I remember, but he looks worse now, to me. Just my opinion, I hope I'm wrong.

Matthäus,Messi,
He was on the pitch, where? Now seriously i don't blame him that much, with a coach turning everything upside down it's hard to show what you can really do,he's far better than this.

He had a moment where if he passed it to Sneijder, the latter would've had an 1-on-1, but he decided to shoot at 3 defenders instead.

And he also missed a penalty. :)

(I know you're not serious, just some bad humor from me)

I know it's easy to say now, but I knew he wouldn't make the penalty. He didn't look confident at all.

Actually it's not "easy to say", as many of us (including me) said the same thing in the thread.

Diego with current form (counting in pre-season and Roma game) should never have taken this shot. It should go to Sammy who looks in a way better form than Diego at the moment.

I said the same thing to my dad...he didn't believe me.

Being right didn't really feel good this time. :(

Do you think the fact that his penalty wasn't anywhere near a corner was because of his lack of confidence or just pure lack of form? I'd say confidence.

I've never seen Milito look this sloppy/sluggish ever. His first touch is awful and his confidence is fucked.

Last year's preseason he looked so fuckin sharp, I was in Boston when he scored those 2 goals against Milan in a friendly...I knew right there this guy would score 20+.

Right now it looks like we're lucky he bags 10.

Dont you think guys that right now Eto is in good form and maybe Milito needs to sit or change position and let Eto play in CF?

my worry is that at this moment(milito off shape) we don't have a subs for him so we have to play with him even in these condition.or else suazo(better if we play with 10 from the starting lne -up!)

Bro ask robby, I called it before the supercup that Milito will have a poor season. I told him it was based on a random hunch..which he put down to me being Australian. Anyway, point is, I think you're spot on...Eto'o is looking really good though

He didn't have time for recuperation. In my opinion he should get two or three weeks of basic work with a ball. Something similar what Mourinho had last season wit us. Milito is tired and he completely lost his touch.

I wouldn't play him at all for first two-three weeks until he prepare himself for new season, we can't afford to have players less in every game.
