Coach for next season

we will give him full support till the end of the season...

a change and chaos in the middle won't help this team..

At first i have to say Forza MORATTI!!!!

Sports.it is reporting that Zac´s future havent confirmed yet. :thumbsup:

Facchetti things Zac should stay (boo Facchetti) for another year, but Mr. Cool (Moratti) isn´t so convinced that Zac is what we need. Moratti isnt convinced how we play our game under Zac and he´s not happy with these conflict relationships with Zac and the players (for example: Recoba, Vieri and VDM). Moratti wants to to avoid next season under coach who he dont have full confidence. He wants to avoid things that have happened lately. Meaning firing coach in the middle of the season. He wants someone who he thinks can be our coach for many seasons. Mancini and Capello were mentioned.

One problem would be that Moratt dont want to pay for three coaches at the same time (Cúper, Zac and new coach Mancini/Capello). He hopes that at least Cúper will start to coach again and that´ll way we dont need to pay his salary anymore.

Even Zac could find a new team for next season already. Mancini or Capello would come to Inter, Prandelli are going to Juve and Zac would find himself in Parma.

Even IF this coach thing doesn´t work like planned, i must say Forza Moratti!!!! because he doesnt believe in Zac either.

How rare is it to find Moratti actually thinking rationally for once. All credit to the man for actually seeing the detrimental effects of Zac on the team.

It is better for us to make a decision as soon as possible. That way, the new coach will have a longer period of time to get acquainted in his new position. That said, the thought of Cuper back at Inter has been thrown around. What do you guys think of that?

i'm so glad to hear this news... if Zach is gone, den we can at least ensure that we won't change coach in the middle of the season next season... Mancini or Capello would do very well... but i hope Capello comes to Inter. :star:

I don't keep Zac so poor coach but there is a huge possibility that he leaves after few rounds so this is great news!

If Mancini comes, our striker pair will be Adriano-Vieri and not Adriano-Recoba. Mancini has said plenty of times that he would use these two together and make it work.

And IF he comes, he would probably take few Lazio players with him. Favalli deal is almost done already, but i think he might bring Fiore and Cesar as well. Fiore would play in VDM´s place and Cesar Kily´s. Veron might come to Inter as well.

Dunno if Mancini prefers 4-4-2 if he comes or what, but if he insists of having 4-4-2, then our lineup could look something like this:

Toldo

J.Zanetti - Cordoba - Cannavaro/Materazzi/New CD - Favalli/Coco

VDM/Fiore - Cristiano/Davids - Stankovic/Emre - Cesar/Kily

Vieri - Adriano

I think Mancini would use 3-5-2 or 3-4-1-2 tho...

Edit: Facchetti & Moratti had a meeting earlier today and i read from Goalcity that they have agreed to say goodbye to Zac and sign Mancini. Gazzetta (more reliable site) said neither one of them gave any comments. We are living interesting times...

I am supporting Fachetti in this one...Why is Moratti butting in.Continuity is what we need and didnt Moratti resign because he couldnt make a good decision,let Fachetti do his thing and then we will analyze his achievements.We all know what Moratti brought to us in the past and that is no trophies and inconsistency.

Moratti did nothing wrong there. Moratti said this:

There is a president and I think you can talk to him. There is a board of directors, so it will be them that tell us exactly and propose what to do. If Moratti really meant he would take a step back, then he should let Fachetti decide. Im not a big fan of Zac, but then again he did not get a fair chance to prove himself. I hate all the insecurity that lies within this club, never knowing which player, coach or even if the president might stay. No wonder we havent won anything in years..........

I was hoping liverpool don't make the CL so they fire Houllier and hire Cuper. Cuper has said he won't coach till after next year out of respect for inter. Now i'm not sure that's respect, for me it's more like revenge. But Moratti is right that we can't afford paying three coaches at the same time. Anyway, i will never ever say no to Cuper. For some reason i just love this man!!!!
