Happy Birthday BOBO !!!!

I would be lying if I said that I didn't go mad when he left us for Milan, but that's part of a past now. May be he had his problems as he didn't want to leave the Milan city. Anywaz, good that he didn't stay there in Milan for more than few months. I hope him all the best for his Sampdoria career and also wish he wouldn't score against us, especially if his goal happens to be a crucial one.

Vieri is Italian like all of us, I'm sure he was very happy that we won the WC even if he wasn't there. Buon Compleanno Tritolone :proud:

I don't know if it has a meaning, but considering it's a nickname for Bobo then I guess it's either nothing or something to do with his body shape/playing style.

OH, what does Tritolone means?
I think Frisko thought me that..

It was his nickname, I think Scarpini gave it to him, and it means something like TNT because he was explosive player, with an explosive shot. ;)

Vieri To Retire - Report

The 32-year-old striker has apparently decided to hang up his boots.

An unexpected and surprising news came out of Italy early this morning, as the speculation is rife that Christian Vieri is set to retire.

The news is expected to become official in the coming days, despite the former international player signing a contract with Sampdoria in the past weeks.

According to the reports coming from Italy, Vieri does not have anymore the necessary motivation to start this new adventure with the Blucerchiati.

This seemed to predictable, Vieri didn't have it anymore in these last couple of seasons.

I really hoped Vieri closed his career with us and had a similar "gone" party like Zamorano had :proud: Too bad people dislike him for going to Milan. They'll never understand :rollani:

Well, I could go on and on and on now. I'd just say 2 things:

1) Once again Vieri shows how selfish and self centred he is, he only thinks about himself. He just joined Samp, if his injury is bad he should have kept quiet and tried to work hard, instead of coming out talking about retiring, getting his new club to beg him to stay.

2) Put simply, Vieri ---> clown

Not trying to mock Vieri or anything, but let's see how shit he has done since leaving Inter

He made a joke out of himself in Milan
He lost lots of respect in Inter fans (eventhough still remains a legend) and eventually got booed by Interisti in derby after everything he did
He lost a Scudetto :D
He got an injury in Monaco that ruined his World Cup dream
He lost a World Cup
He is going to retire?

How many htings can happen within a year?

Let this be a warning for every player loved by fans who plans to leave Inter. If you are a joke at Inter, you turn into a star after leaving. If you are a legend at Inter, you are destined to only succeed with Inter and once you leave, you either **** up your career or go fat.

Ronaldo's scoring record at Inter isn't exactly bad mate, but I don't see you kissing his ass...
