Sadly for him his mistakes happen more often than his amazing saves. He's just not good enough. He's been only a starter at River Plate for a long time or so (?). Certainly more than mentality that's stopping him

that's part of the point though, concentration is really important as a gk and carrizo doesnt have it. at the same time i dont think 2nd gk matters unless carrizomakes a mistake every game he plays, and thats not the case. at the same time hes definitely not more than decent option on the bench but its not like its catastrophic or that big a deal hes here either.

i think berni at inter makes a lot less sense. just give the 3rd goalkeeper slot and the experience of training with a professional team to a youth player, not some bald 32 year old fuckup with a 6 figure salary.

Since we're not playing in Europe I don't see a big issue with the standard of our reserve keepers. Personally I like Carrizo.

even his career is inconsistent, he was first gk in argentine national team and bench warmer in lazio and inter afterward :troll:
