Now it's a tough mission for us.

If we beat Barca in the semi-finals, then the way for winning CL will be easly than ever.. I consider Barca as strongest team in world for now.. they are playing fantastic football and they have better players than ManUtd or Bayern.

IMHO we would rather beat ManUtd than Barca, but still there's nothing sure that who we may face if we qualify.. it's official that Rooney won't play in second leg against Bayern, and this is big advantage for Germans.

Again, If we qualify against Barca, then we would be the first favourite to win Champions League 2009/10 (I think).

NON MOLLARE MAI!!!!!

Guys it's like this:

Barcelona are best playing offensive football.

We on the other hand are best in something else. Tactical, deffensive game. People like scoring goals, but fans who love calcio, are also big admirers of tactical game (that doesn't mean diving, or getting down every touch).

We'll see, who is better (overally). Is Barcelona's offensive game better, than Inter's tactical/deffensive game ? We'll see.

To me, both styles of play are valid ones.

I think we still remember how Man Utd won against Barca 2 years ago, don't we ?

We all remember how Chelsea (almost) beaten Barca last year don't we ?

Man Utd scored a wonder goal through Scholes, and then sit on their asses the whole game.

Chelsea scored a wonder goal through Essien, and then they sit on their asses.

It will be exactly the same this year.

Lets hope, Inter's tactical play will prevail, and that we will stain Barcelona at least once, through our counters.

both those games the second leg was away from home for Barca. you have a good point but when Manutd beat us 2 years ago, it was one of the worst seasons in Barcas recent history. Chelsea parked the bus like theres no tomorrow, it turned out to be a good tactic but keep in mind that the whole point of the Ibra-Eto'o trade (from a Barca perspective) was to have a plan B. the semi's will be interesting and may the best team win.

ps. congrats for beating CSKA

Rubin Kazan also beat Barca at Camp Nou. It followed a very similar formula to the one's pointed out by Luka.

Wonder goal by Kazan, followed by parking the bus and scoring a counter attack. 2-1 to Kazan.

From what I hear, Ibrahimovic didn't help much, and in fact, it is worse than it was last year with Eto'o. (I mean generally, I don't mean against the sides who park bus)

ps. Congrats to you as well.

the game against Rubin wasnt anything but luck. if the game was played 100 times, Barca will win it 99 times. Rubin played good but were incredibly lucky not to concede +4 goals. Barca hit the crossbar more than once. I know all these are excuses and the fact remains that they beat us, but still the first game was pure luck, the second game they showed a GREAT defensive display

true, Ibra is yet to help us with a "plan B" but Im just reminding you guys that the point behind this transfer was to help against these teams. we've played 4-2-3-1 a couple of times and it proved to be good (team performance improved with each time we played it). what about Inter? any idea's how you guys will play at home? considering that in the Camp Nou the task to beat us will even be harder, I think Mourinho will try to attack us in the San Siro. what are your ideas guys.

thanks for congratulating me

What can i say, it's the most important game of my life, i was barcelona and espanyol fan with 10 years old and 2 or 3 years later i became an interista, i was not an interista before becuase i didn't have the information to know it, but i was actually born as one more. now 15 years after we meet each other again.
The game (or 2 games) i have been waiting for 15 years or 16 years.

Possibility of that happening is 0, if you ask me.

You will play your game, and we will play ours.

The game will look the same as when you played Arsenal away, but the difference this time will be, that Inter will actually deffend, not try to deffend like Arsenal was doing for the first 20 minutes.

We will sit on our ass, and we will try to counter you. Maybe there will be some "enhancments" to eliminate Xavi as much out of the game, but the general plan will be no different than to what Hiddink did last year.

It will all come down, to which football prevails against which. Offensive football, or tactical football of Mourinho.
