The loans are expected. Nobody expected to jump straight from Primavera to Chelsea’s first team, it was going to take a few years anyway. But 2nd tier football loan is worrying for him. Especially when Fabbian killed it in Serie B last year and will be in Serie A this year already.

he's not playing very regularly - which isnt a great sign. But he's at least featuring instead of just eating bench.

I've seen Leicester fans on cursing him on X and saying they want to send him back to Chelsea. I don't think it's been a good loan spell for him.

I can't really say more than that as I'm not familiar with what's going on with the Leicester team. I don't know if they're dysfunctional or he is the problem, but either way not good for his development. If I were him I would try and get back to Italy ASAP.

It's tough for young players - so much depends on being in the right environment or going on loan to the right team. Dimarco was lucky that he had Ivan Juric as a coach for example.

Chelsea also bought a number of very young midfielders just this season. They paid huge money for both Caicedo and Enzo, so it's really difficult to see Casadei ever getting a chance there. In addition, if he has a bad spell in the Championship, it's hard to see any PL team taking a chance on him.

Serie A loan probably would be best chance for him for sure - especially a team that has a good young coach that can develop players.

While Mudryk was bought for far too much money (because Chelsea are idiots), he is still a good player. If you were as good as Mudryk, you would be playing football and earning money instead of trolling on a football forum.
