Hola guys , let's talk about this lad ...

I haven't seen much of him at Inter , at the few matches i saw , I wasn't convinced with his performance ( i thought that "Canna , Cordoba , Matrix even is much much better) .

Any of you who live in south america , watched plenty of matches of him playing whether in la liga or Olympics can make this easier for me .

He is definitely not a starter material. Carlos Gamarra is a very experienced defender who impressed me a lot last season. Considering that he is a back-up, his performances were very good and he could have easily command a starting place in a mid-table team. Some of his memorable performances last season were when he was called up as a starter against Juventus, both in Delle Alpi and San Siro. I am certainly glad that we have (Or will) extend/ed his contract. He can be a decent back-up.

This brings the question, why sign Miha?

To be a starter.
Oh Jimmy, please stop this man! I honestly feel sick EVEN when I think of him as a sub! :yuck:
If nothing drastical happends then I believe we will have Matrix and Cordoba as starters. Then, only the footballing God can give us a helping hand in case of injuries for those two!! :depress:

Yes I also hope, that we will use Matrix, Cordoba parytnership. untill Burdisso comes back from hís Injurie.

I simply don't trust Matrix at all. It's to risky to have him as a starter. And it's kinda unnecessary to comment on MIhaj.

I like gamara, for the fact he is a very useful substitute.. something canna cant do... (canna is a starter)

and I always feel even gamara has been more useful to us in the season compared to canna..

canna has his mind somewhere else, while gammarre painfully plays hard for us.. he may not have as much talent as canna... but he has heart... the same thing as adani ...

This makes our defense rotation becoming clear...

cordoba and matrix become our starter duo...
burdisso next in line (he can play in matrix role)..
sinisa and gamara will play to back these three...

canna cant beat juve, gamara can...
I heard last season gamara complaining how expensive living in milan...
hopefully this year he get better deal..

I'm pissed actually that canna move to juve, I prefer to sell him to palermo or other teams..

NO NO we should have sold him to Napoli :D Don't you think he would have been glad for that. Actualy they would have given us more then Juve did. After I have read his comment un the move to juve then I'm not that sad that he leaved us after all.

There was no other option then bring him back, good job by our management atlast. Anyway, I doubt they had any other option left.

I know this opinion is against you all, but for me Gamarra can be and is a starter, I know him and with Cordoba is the best defender in South America, I like him. Is just my opinion though, but I prefer him than Matrix.

I see Gamarra as replacing Burdisso's spot in the team as being a backup and I see Burdisso replacing Canna as a starter/first sub option.

Gamarra is class when it comes to being a team player and putting his best performance for the team...He might not be as talented as others but he can be a great replacement whenever called upon.

Excellent squad player. He is a leader and will never mind sitting on the bench. Always kept his tempo and form whenever called by Inter and always lead his national team with passion.
His leadership with his country reminds me a lot with Il Capitano's style when he is playing for us.

This is an excellent decision by the mgt. I've watched Gamarra since i watched him for the 1st time with his country back in 1998. He will give his all playing either a centre back or a right back. :star:
