I said they can support, and if it werent for the team playing as a whole, and Snejider being the main motor oil that is lubricating all the team work together, then we can do something.

Look at the first goal, Motta, to Eto'o feint by Sneijder, reaches Milito and then goal.

If anything, the game only proved my article's point of view.

And again as I have said before, I think that Lucio is the transfer of the season for us this season right after Sneijder.

I think you were pretty wrong in many cases for this season. :p
We have a creative playmaker in Sneijder, though you said he wasn't a great choice. And most of all, we have a Jose Mouriho who is making it all possible with whatever players he has, he has composed the team perfectly, despite not great fantasy.

I wrote this in October when was still forming into a better playmaker, I never said he wasn't gonna be good, I was hoping hhe would develop into a good playmaker, which he did over the course of the season, I awas not rushing it at all.

Sorry but Sneijder was a great play-maker from day one...what do you mean he developed??

the period between the first day till the the Genoa away game, then Sneijder stared to give the playmaking passes, the long passes over the defense and such he began to show his true form. Look at the first Barca game and this game for instance, huge difference.

Just because he wasn't getting assists, does not mean he wasn't a play-maker. he was excellent from day one...he had an off day the first time against Barca, but how can you say he wasn't creating stuff before that Genoa match?

because he wasn't, he was good at connecting the midfield and the attack... he then got a good form and began showing the playmaking skills he has

I'm with Karim. Wesley was great against Milan for his debut but he was nothing special in the matches after that. I remember one match in particular: Inter - Napoli. I :wallbang: thinking that when we finally bought a playmaker, he turned out to be a bad one.

The turning point wasn't the Genoa game, but his last minute goal against Udinese. The rest, is history.

Inter-Napoli if I remember correctly our goals came from his corner's. So he did create in that game.

Yeah, his only contribution IIRC was assisting Lucio's goal from the corner. But I think he messed up some passes and looked out of confidence that night. I was pretty frustrated at him.

He needed just time to adjust his bearings, and remember I wrote this note on October 3rd, so it was way back at the beginning of the season ;)

SE SALTELLI....
yes we can...we need to stand together as a united front..the game against bayern will be much more different..we will see a different inter a more attacking and flowing team...if we stay healthy i dont see why we shouldnt win...bayern can be beaten if we go at them and we have the personnel...

Even my Juve cousin congratulated me and supported Inter last night.
