You can find the answers in this thread InterawyDC. Sorry, but it's just waste of time to write the same things again.

The only thing we didn't speak about is this:

2. Are the courts independent and not rigged?

And I don't know the answer to this question. They are independant theoreticly, as in every country should.

I don't think Moggi can work the judge some way. I don't think.

Ok! So Fuck Calciopoli! Fuck Moggi! Fuck Serie A! FUCK IT ALL.

I just spent 2 hours reading this entire thread and my conclusion can be summed up by this sentiment: just give the motherfucker a life sentence and let us get on with our lives.

I have work tomorrow, it's 4:00 AM and I read all this shit to realize that Moggi is a classless (for accusing Facchetti of pure falsehoods and making shit up) bastard who is probably going to probably be someone's bitch in prison. (I hope that someone is an Inter Skin-Head Ultra who got in prison for kicking the shit out of a Zebra!!!!)

Seriously, move the fuck on!

Oh, and I forgot to say this FUCK JUVENTUS!!!!

Thanks Luka :D

Can't believe there's almost 800 posts in this thread. (I thought this would be just a wtf-who-cares kind of issue)

900 of those posts must have been Luka's. :p

In the last episode of "Don't believe this idiot"...

The_Destroyer said:
So, Genius, show your skills in translating from Italian to English

let's see if you can cheat forever

This is the explanation added to the virdict, according to the press release you linked:

"Moggi e Giraudo, sono stati ritenuti responsabili di un solo episodio di illecito sportivo;
partita."

and this is a part of the article 6:

"1. Il compimento, con qualsiasi mezzo, di atti diretti ad alterare lo svolgimento o il risultato di una gara ovvero ad assicurare a chiunque un vantaggio in classifica, costituisce illecito sportivo."

Ok, genius? Do you think that you are up to this task? Will you cheat again?

And now...

"Don't believe this idiot" the conclusion...

Round 12. Ding...

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
Here’s your translation:
Moggi and Giraudo, were found responsible for a single episode of illicit sporting;
The illicit activity is characterized by the realization of a continuous conduct in the course of the season, programmed to realize an advantage in the standings, through referee control according to the methods described in the motives, and hence constitutes the harshest disciplinary action required for altering the outcome of a single game.

Congratulations Toni, you finally found it! Now all you have to do is accept it.

Every violation that precedes this paragraph is an Article 1 violation. The continuous conduct were the multiple Article 1 violations…it couldn’t be anything else since there were NO Article 6 violations and these continuous violations were determined to constitute the equivalent of 1 single fixed match despite no game actually being fixed.

:howler:

Could you now please translate exactly the article 6 as well and compare it to the virdict please, without cheating, if you can? Thank you. You are just lucky that no one here understand Italian and so your low attempts to cheat cannot be revealed.

No, I will do it cause you are a cheat:

"the accomplishment, in every way, of acts whose purpose is to alter the development or the score of a game or to realize an advantage in the standings is a sporting illicit."

Of course the bolded part here is identical to the part of the virdict you avoided to to make bold but I will underline it for you in my quotation of your post.

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
Buddy seriously let it go. I played your game. I answered your questions all the while you have been refusing mine. No one is cheating. You are simply intentionally pinning all your hopes on nothing. You have described what Article 6 stands for. You have not described how it applies to Juventus. Their violations were all Article 1. None of the games were altered. It says so.

The_Destroyer said:
Art. 6 comma 1: "the accomplishment, in every way, of acts whose purpose is to alter the development or the score of a game or to realize an advantage in the standings is a sporting illicit".

Virdict, page 109: "Moggi and Giraudo, were found responsible for a single episode of illicit sporting; The illicit activity is characterized by the realization of a continuous conduct in the course of the season, programmed to realize an advantage in the standings"

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
The more you repeat your point the easier you are making it for me. You have repeated the violation so many times all the while I've shown you that Juventus were not found guilty of that...they were merely sentenced for it while being found guilty (multpile times) of violating Article 1.
The_Destroyer said:
The more you repeat your point the more you look a cheat, but go on. Your fellows of Juventuz won't mind, of course. They support you anyway.

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
No one is cheating. You are attempting to no avail to undermine my credibility. Many guys here know me. The know I'm not cheating, rewording or avoiding. I don't have to. It's you who are continuing to harp on the explanation of the violation while avoiding the simple fact that the article itself was never actually violated.
:lol::lol:
The_Destroyer said:
you already have no credibility here after all these posts in which you deny the content of documents, but your fellows of Juventuz won't mind, you are their Champion nevertheless.

juBe_expert_vel_gsol said:
Are you just going to keep on repeating that and acting like you made a point.
:lol::lol::lol:

I made THE POINT.

Haha, I knew it will end something like this, but I gotta thank for that Luka, he made me believe so much.
That's why he deserves to be the best poster here. ;).

A year before the tapes, the Inter manager wrote down his bitterness. This is in Facchetti's diary:

"Enough with the hegemony of Juve-Milan (Not sure was he talking about the two teams or about the Juve-Milan game). Enough with the abuses. Enough with the beatification of the characters that have nothing to do with the Chiesa (Moggi-Giraudo-Galliani-Carraro)" is one of the sentences in the notes of Facchetti.

Someone needs to check my translation on the last sentence (Basta con la beatificazione di personaggi che nulla hanno a che fare con la Chiesa (...) )

Not sure what this is all about... Probably Facchetti was sick and tired of the calls Juve and Milan got.

Another quote in Facchetti's diary:

"Our football has bad quality, bad image, a widespread immorality, and a huge balance." There is sadness, frustration, and also the will to fight in the diary of Facchetti, which his son, Gianfelice Facchetti has given to the PM (prosecutor) for the investigation in Naples.

What a legend. In all their supposed "illustrious" history, I want JuBe and Bb to point to one, just one, of their who is comparable to Facchetti.

Moggi banned from italian football, for any role at all, whether it is director, or a janitor, FOR LIFE.

Official from FIGC.

ps. It was only 4 years before.

Hi Luka

On today's paper edition of la Gazzetta, (page 24!!!!!!:confused::confused:), mr Ruggero Palombo amended the information he had given one week earlier.

this might sound obvious from a Juventus fan, but it does make sense after all.
The Italian football federation had no obbligation to re-assign the 2005-2006 scudetto, but Guido Rossi insisted with Inter, saying that from an ethical perspective, it would be correct to assign the title to a club that - in 2006 - had a clean situation.
But - want it or not - it became pretty obvious that not only Juve, Milan, Fiorentina and Lazio had frequent phone calls with Bergamo and Pairetto: also, some phone calls aren't that "innocent".
However, it is just a request, not a verdict.

Instead of focusing on Calciopoli, Juve would be well suited to focus on the disaster that this their team.

How about that?

Just sayin'

Who said they're focusing on the Calciopoli? A club can't do multi-taskig? they don't have lawyers?

Anyway, I hope Inter will prevail well from this matter.
