Wants even funnier is that now moggi is pissed at jube as they r now trying to distance themselves from guilty moggi by saying their innocent and today moggi apparently said in the papers that he was in charge of Jube (we know that anyway) but is it just me or is he now claiming that if he is guilty then Jube are with that statement? If so then hasn he just fucked his whole campaign to prove jubes innocence and non involvement in calciopoli. Gotta admit you have to appreciate that level of patheticness

Tnas also said that they are incompetent to revoke the 2006 Scudetto:

“The TNAS, in reference to the controversy between Juventus F.C. SpA / FIGC and F.C. Internazionale Milano SpA, regarding the Federal Counsel’s act of July 18 2011 in rejecting the revocation of the Scudetto for 2005-06, confirm the Tribunal composed of Angelo Grieco, Dario Buzzelli and Enrico De Giovanni declares its incompetence.”

I don't get that quote from TNAS. What are they saying is incompetent? Are they saying Juventus' claims to have our 05/06 scudetto revoked have no grounds?

Incompetent means that TNAS has no jurisdiction on this decision. A court that lacks jurisdiction cannot decide anything about the case. In other words, Rubentus now have to go bugging other courts and judges.

I simply don't get it. Shouldn't it be pretty fucking simple on who can assign and revoke Scudetto? Juventus is turning this shit into some fucking bargaining in a flea market.

Is this TNAS different than Lazio court base ? I think it is, anyone can explain this please
Before the TNAS reject news, Jubentus submitted a request to get an amount of 443 million due to damages made by FIGC and Inter !
and thats what confused me a bit !!

anyway, it is a stupid request and it must be the biggest joke in history, those cheater wants 443 millions !!! What is it for? Is it for the stealing they have made or the damage they cause to the other teams in Seria A by cheating Or by the damage they have done to the Italian football reputation.

It is not over yet guys, you should not be happy until you see that cheater Moggi in prision, or at least until they shut up and stop acting like innocent

I read from Juve forum that Agnelli and his lawyer army, how they got that ridiculous damage total , one example was how we bought Ibra for 24mil Euros from them and sold him for 70, they thought they got ripped really well in that deal and they inserted it into the damage

Even juventini found that rather funny.

Agnelli must be the sad idiot in Peninsula nowadays..Dude gets refected everywhere.

One thing I find very interesting about this whole scandal is that it is very black and white (pun intended). Either it's Juve who are at fault or it is Inter for fucking Juventus up. I will never reckon the 14th scudetto as a 'real' one as it wasn't won on the field however I can understand why some Inter officials call it a 'scudetto of honesty' or w/e they call it considering the ridiculous amount of matches Inter were fucked up by the refs in the 90s/early 00s. Anyways... that wasn't really my point. My point was Milan's involvement in all of this. The interesting thing is that nobody is talking about Milan despite them being caught doing article 6 violations (which in their case, considering they had already been involved in Totonero would mean demotion to Serie C. Which undoubtedly would kill the club. Also this Meani-working-on-his-own argument is beyond ridiculous, everyone know he would never do anything without the permission of Galliani). And inb4 cleaver Milan fan; yeah, they were punished. The punishment, however, was on the same terms as a murder getting away with a parking ticket. Don't forget that they won the UCL the year after the scandal in a competition they never should've been part of!

Don't think he will serve any time regardless of the sentence, I remember reading about Berlusconi's tax evasion trial & it was said that under Italian law, if someone is at least 70 y/o, they can get out of a prison sentence.

I believe they have a choice of house arrest or community service.
