He's played 90 minutes in every game since the first week of the season. Fatigue will be an issue with him unless Mazzarri rotates him.

Back to topic and to the serious discussion:

For sure some players need a rest.
But I can't see any alternatives for the midfield. Kova will start, but who are the others to rotate? Mudi is injured I think, Olsen isn't ready.
Alvarez, Cambiasso, Taider and Guarin need a rest, the same for Palacio.

Interesting to see what WM will do.

Well, since Roma is far away, i dont think we should rest much players. I'd rest one of the defenders since i think they are all 1 yellow from suspension and we will need them all. One of them needs to sit on the bench.

I'd also rest Cambi and Palacio, Icardi and kova Instead. Both to enter later in the game.
