As I feared, we would have no offensive move to make in the second half. Mancini's brilliant move was to take out Adriano who seemed in better form than he has been for six months. But kept Zlatan who was ridiculously bad on the pitch. We switched to a one-striker-system when we needed a goal.

We were unlucky with the Crespo injury, as I'm sure we would have won with him on the pitch. But there's no excuses for this kind of performance and lack of tactics from Mancini.

Cagliari away is a difficult game. a Draw there is an ok result. Obviously we should be beat the smaller sides whether it's away or home but consider that we were without our key central midfielders I will take a draw at calgliari considering we were behind.

But I still think had mancini started 4-4-2 we would have won.
