He is more right place right time for me and is grossly over rated

Porto- richest team in Portugal, best squad (not impressive to win with them)
Chelsea - came to a team with a blank check book was buying players for insane money. Won the EPl........
Inter - used Mancinis team that had 1 good year left in their tank. Won everything but at the same time the Italian league had screwed Juve and Ac Milan. Left us in shambles and made awful purchases. One of the richest teams at the time
Real - come on Real has 2 tough games a season.
Chelsea - utter shit got sacked
Man U - hasn't gotten sacked because he is Mourinho

Post of the year

I'm not even going to bother arguing with any of your points because I don't want to get into it, but winning the Champions League with Porto was crazy at the time.

For me personally, winning the CL for Mourinho with Porto is better achievement than two Atletico Madrid finals for Simeone from last seasons.

Porto-Winning the CL with them. Enough said.
Chelsea-2 EPL and 2 CL semi-finals.
Inter-Mancini's team couldn't get passed top 16. After getting the right players he won triplete.
Real-La Liga is so easy for Real that they haven't won it since Mou left, even though they had a top coach like Ancelotti. He also reached CL semi-finals for three consecutive years. They hadn't reached that stage since 2003.
Chelsea-His second stint at Chelsea wasn't that good even though he managed to win another EPL with them.
Man U-It's way too early to judge him at Man U.

Until 2013, i would say Jose and Pep. Now i consider Simeone,Conte and Klopp top 3 coaches.
It's too early to consider Zidane a top coach even though he has impressed me so far. Wenger was a top coach at a time but not anymore. And Allegri has never been a top coach. I agree with all the other candidates.

Porto: Every country has a rich team. That doesn't mean they can compete with Europe's top richest teams (Spain, England, Italy, Germany, France). What he did with Porto is simply amazing.
Chelsea: A lot of coaches have had blank check books. That don't mean shit.
Inter: Mourinho wasn't here for 1 season only so dunno what you're talking about. Not to mention that our main treble players came to Inter after Mourinho, not before.
Real: Benitez begs to differ.
Chelsea: Apparently winning the league = shit.
Man U: Or maybe because the owners actually believe in him?

I feel like if Atletico would have won one UCL title, this would be a slam dunk.

Ancellotti for me, one of the few managers to be consistently successful whatever country he's been in.

Wow the Mourinho post was amazing

Right now, I think Conte is the best but my Interista bones make me give the vote to Mourinho.

Porto- richest team in Portugal, best squad (not impressive to win with them) Was it not impressive he won the champions league with them? Get fucking real

Chelsea - came to a team with a blank check book was buying players for insane money. Won the EPl........ Not all teams with money succeed, he elevated them to new heights and made them a powerhouse of European football, won multiple titles.

Inter - used Mancinis team that had 1 good year left in their tank. Won everything but at the same time the Italian league had screwed Juve and Ac Milan. Left us in shambles and made awful purchases. One of the richest teams at the time Like anybody ever considered us to become champions league winners? Get real mate, plus he got the most of the influential figures to our success himself

Real - come on Real has 2 tough games a season.
I'll allow it a little. Although for the first time in a shit load of years got them past the round of 16, they were a fucking joke in Europe at this point and was basically Arsenal where they'd get knocked out in the first knock out stage every year.
Not only did he do that iirc he did so by taking them to the semis in his first year? Then multiple times, laid the foundation for them to become champions of europe imo

Chelsea - utter shit got sacked Competed for title in first season, won it in his second. I wish we had a coach who won the league with us. Yeah utter shit

Man U - hasn't gotten sacked because he is Mourinho Time will tell I guess

I can't be arsed to insert the Conor McGregor "Shut your fooking mouth" pic but you deserve it.

I don't even consider him the best rn ffs. He is probably top 5 to me? But this sir was an idiotic post and I've seen some real stupid shit from you before. This... This takes the fucking cake.

Now my rankings, I'd split the top 10 up into four groups.

1. Ancelotti (only just edges it for me, but it could go to any of the other three tbh)
2. Conte
2. Simeone
2. Klopp

5. Mourinho (Could easily drop down atm)
6. Pep (I've never considered him the best. I know it's something that can easily be argued. But I'll wait to see what he does at City before I give him too high a praise)

7. Emery (would be higher, just needs to sort PSG out, but for what he did at Sevilla he deserves this)
8. Allegri
9. Sampaoli (excited to see more)

10. Wenger (only because of his consistency)

He's not Sevilla's manager. He's their sporting director, but clearly has a bigger hand in Sevilla's success than Emery did or Sampaoli does now.

I disagree completely on Ancelotti being no1, he has not won enough league titles to earn that. I think it's because of his carefree approach, the likes of Guardiola, Mourinho and Conte drill their team to the tiniest detail, Ancelotti teams don't seem to do that. It's peculiar

Mind you guys that this is Klopp's second season with Liverpool, while it's Pep & Jose's first with their teams. Also Conte & Klopp aren't playing in UCL yet with their teams, so lets see how they do next year before christening them the best in the world.

Simeone is currently 4th in La Liga, even on points with Sociedad

Also Klopp, Simeone, & Conte have never won UCL. So they still have a lot to prove.

Right now as is:

1. tied between Mourinho & Pep

3. Ancelotti

4. Simeone/Klopp/Conte

Guys could you remind me how the ignore button works? I keep seeing posts from people coming from non-footballing nations.

Ancelotti's record in winning league titles is actually remarkably poor for such a top manager. Ancelotti places more importance in group harmony over small details. Probably the most over-rated manager on that list.

Anyway I think who is the best manager will be clearer after the end of this season. For me it's probably still Guardiola and Mourinho, although I guess we'll know how much they've 'regressed' by the end of this season.

Klopp and Simeone both probably had better shouts for this title a few seasons ago. Klopp had a letdown last season, while Simeone's Atletico seem to have fallen from their peak. Conte's had amazingly consistent league performances, but his European ones have been mixed.

Also, I have no idea what Allegri, Zidane, and Wenger are doing on that poll.
