How is Zeki Fryers playing? He joined Standard Liege on 2 year contract from ManUtd. (He was supposed to join Spurs but for some reasons he joined Standard)

I care for Trickovski and how he does, not that much for the league :D

I know that he started well, and got injured :palm:
As I am a Club Brugge fan, I can help you with this one.
Trickovski joined us with high hopes, but until now he hasn't been that amazing. But I must say that the manager doesn't seem to have a lot of trust in him, mostly he plays like the ten last minutes of the game, and this is only IF he plays. Most of the times he is just sitting on the bench. Two weeks ago he didn't even make it to the selection for the game.
It's impossible to judge him, as I think he should get his chance to play more. The minutes I saw him play, he didn't to that bad but not great either. Nothing special until now. As I heard he is a player who can play on different position, but I think he will have to wait until somebody get's injured. We have belgian talents on the flanks (Lestienne and Meunier) who are currently getting the advantage on Trickovski.

Whats your name bro? INTERPERSEMPRE is too long :D

As for Tricko, he started his career as CF, but because of his average finihing and great pace, was introduced as winger. Thats where he plays for our NT, as LW.

He can also play as SS, RW, even AM, even though not his best position.

I heard he did well in the friendlies, but after those few injuries he got, he is not getting chances, as you said yourself...
I watched only one game of his inEal, when he scored, did great there, and the goal itself was brilliant :D

My name is Alessandro, nice to meet you! :)

He indeed did well in the friendlies, but then as you're saying he injured his ankle. This was disadvantageous because it was at the beginning of the season, so he lost the match rhythm... The times he played were actually quite promising in my opinion, you can just see that he is talented but that h's just not at his 100% yet. From the things I saw, I think he has a good vision, pass en technique. Is he like one of the better players in the Macedonian national team?

Btw, what do you think about Cedomir Janevski as coach of the national team now? Some years ago he was our trainer. We won our last price with him, the belgian cup trophy.

Yeah, Janevski is our NT coach, and he lives in my neighborhood. :D The NT does MUCH better while he is in charge.

And yeah, Tricko is one of our better players. :) ANd one of those that works the hardest.

Hasn't played much. For the left back there are also Jelle Van Damme (ex-Ajax, Werder, Southampton, Anderlecht, Wolverhampton) who is captain and the most expensive transfer in our history. The other option there is Sebastien Pocognoli, he's loved by the fans (except me) but he's a very mediocre player. He wants to leave cause he thinks he doesn't earn enough (0.5 million/year which is a lot in Belgium) and he isn't first choice anymore for the left back. Fryers has been decent in the matches he played. Defensive good, but he hasn't really showed why he played for United. There are some rumours that the Spurs want him now. He couldn't go to the Spurs in the summer because they should pay United 6 millions.

Bacca > anyone there. Nuff said.

 Not even the best striker.

Yeah Spurs would have paid 4-6 Million had they signed him, so this looks like some nice trick and a understanding between Spurs and Standard. Heard Spurs and Standard have some sort of partnership (like feeder club or first refusal), so they played nice trick here.

He played only in League cup games (almost all big teams use their young players and back up players) and when all our first choice defenders were injured. He was decent prospect so I don't mind him leaving as he had no very little chance of making it at United. He was way down in the pecking order for the CB and LB spot.

No partnerships between Standard and Tottenham. But Standard got Paul-José Mpoku last year from Tottenham, maybe therefore.

Yeah i know, although there were United fans who were thinking he could make it. But it's possible that he can make it somewhere else, with a lower team in the Premier League.

No, who is it then, Vleminckx? lol... Bacca is going to Spain in this mercato, if not, he'll hopefully leave in June 2013. He'll shine there, mark my words.

Dieumerci Mbokani is way better. And i also rate Vossen higher.

@ Kevin: It looks like Charleroi will beat Gent... 1-2. Painfully. Resign for Peeters?

Well, fuck it, I thought we really were about to win, but same old now  , nah why would Gent fire him.. And getting another coach, Broos? lol.. Sad but true, we're very close to failing and falling.. with 9 matches to go, they're all heavy.
Zukanovic, Neto and Coulibaly joined, it's a start. And Berrier is about to come, which would make it the weirdest transfer in Belgian League. From the second to the 12th.. Well anyway you were right about Anderlecht and Gent. :notbad:

Anyway, other gameround

Like I said, Fryers joined Spurs. Nice little trick there by Spuds..

Forgot to update. Oh well Anderlecht surely will be champion if there's no miracle around.

And Gent is in really bad papers :(
