What if the dissidents of FIF create their own forum?

At the minimum heap of trolling, ban. Oh, you support Barcelona? Ban. Don't write accordingly? Ban. No avatars, no signatures, neither thanks. Even the forum will be with a monochromatic scheme.

We'll be the Milan of Inter forums around the net though.

I remember when I was one of the moderators in one indonesian forum
some moderators and members were not happy with the forum management and they made their own forum
I suggest people that does not happy with FIF management to make their own forum
like FIF-P or rescue commission of FIF, and we will have dualism

I don't think eliminating trolling is a possibility, especially when there's an award commemorating the "biggest troll" on FIF.

What is particularly irritating is the ABUNDANCE of off topic nonsense (relative to Inter) such as pornography, hate threads at PSG/Monaco/Arsenal, and another pertinent example is the Milestones Thread (in recent times)

I'm not meaning to say someone who is a troll/goes off topic isn't a "real football fan", just that many of us come here to discuss Inter.

I really don't see your beef with the flamers paradise? Nobody is forcing you to go look at the threads there. The whole point of those threads is to vent and it not to be considered off topic.


And I agree with you that the 18+ thread should be removed. That shit belongs in LGI, with all the quality that's been posted there



You know there is a term for people like you in religious sects (crazy convert). Newcomers that come and are mortified by a laid back nature. Just chill enjoy the forums and keep posting in the threads you do enjoy

My verdict on the Flamers Paradise?

Close it all down. Most of the hate threads aren't linked to Inter, and it's baffling why there's a fucking porn thread on the forum

The off topic section and even some threads on the fan exchange should also be closed (except perhaps the Introductions, interviews, and maybe the Down Under thread as well as a few others)

For example, the Milestone THread has been plagued by nonsense for the last few pages, which imo shouldn't be tolerated.

I don't know, maybe it's just me... but for a dude who has joined quite "recently", it would perhaps look weird to come out all the time & say we should change this, we should change that.

Why don't you instead try to settle down first, have a look around, have a warm tea even & try to enjoy stuff here the way they are & keep away from the stuff you don't like...

...like that porn section you mentioned... what a horrible, horrible place that is. These people need some Jesus!!!

I'm speaking for myself, not the rest of the team, but for me I honestly CBF to moderate the Flamers forum too much. It's meant to be what it's meant to be. Yea sometimes there is double standards but ffs it's just double standards on some fuck threads and shits. Do you really need to go into details on why we close this fuck thread and allow that fuck thread? Perhaps I should open a fuck crybabies thread.

Yup, the fact that you can go wild is what makes FIF unique in the first place. It is what keeps people hanging around as well. Having a special dump dedicated to that is the best way to go, certainly if it means the rest stays clean. People who cry over something like that should go back to church, not to FIF. They just shouldn't be here. And I think a lot more people would leave without Flamers than with. We have posters like that, like yours truly.
