A small benign thing that irrationally irks me to no end this season is how so often one of our midfielders has a ball and there is a clear cut diagonal pass option, yet instead we always play it safe and waste a few seconds by passing it back to another midfielder/CB to connect the pass. I get playing it safe and maintaining possession but we kill our momentum so often with this.
