If Conte really leaves, we’re fucked. Especially if Allegri (of all people) is the replacement.

Rather Allegri than take a gamble on someone like Marcelino, Blanc or Pochettino.

What's wrong with Allegri? Who would even be the better options? Not including someone like Simeone or Klopp who have shown no signs that they want to leave their teams right now. Also not to mention I dont believe many coaches would leave their position to join a new club given there is much less of a pre-season and time to work than usual.

In all honesty, I think Allegri is the better coach when everything is taken into account, but I'm done with this Gobbo infestation.. Conte should sort this out with management and give it another go or else other big clubs will have a hard time trusting him. He should show more respect to those paying his high salary and making an earnest effort to give him a team he wants. All of this is very frustrating to me. I think Conte makes some valid points, but at the same time if he doesn't want the heat from the press, he shouldn't be losing to 10 man Bologna, drawing with Sassuolo, or making Eriksen eat bench for Borja Valero and Gagliardini-- all of that is on him and if he can't be a man about it he can fuck off.

I'm all for Allegri if it's Conte who decides to leave. At least he's won serie a in his first season with 2 different teams and have brought Juve to final CL twice albeit he had stacked teams to achieve those. Just like any players, if the coach doesn't want to stay then dont but I hope the management doesn't fire him because paying 16.5m next year for 2 non-active managers is laughable.

I just can't stop laughing at all the people siding with Conte on this bs. I thought nobody is bigger than the club?

And he did all this without even winning a trophy yet :lol::lol:

The balls on this dude. At least when he did it at chelsea he won the league.

WTF is this happening before 4 finals in Europa League where we are strong favorites to at least come to the final.

Conte should really think what he is doing or instead he will not find new TOP club to coach with this kind of attitude. Or maybe only he will go back to Juve, who knows!?

Only coach in 18 years alongside Mancio to win in Bergamo, best defence this season, second best offense (better than Juve), Atalanta without a goal since October, the most points since Mourinho era, WTF? He should've just said "Yeah, a win against a really good side, we will go stronger next year for the Scudetto, but now we need to think about EL". And that's it, rest leave after the complete season or tell this directly to your superiors, don't tell to the whole world.

It's almost unbelievable really. A moment to celebrate continued progress (I even went and had drinks last night in celebration) and get some momentum into EL where we have a really good chance, and this fuckface comes out and does this :palm:

It's the ultimate ultimatum. Back me 10000000% with everything I want or I will consistently make a scene. How many 'episodes' like this this season? 6-7 already? Slavia, Juve 1, Dortmund, Barca, Juve 2, Bologna, Roma, and now this one? Did he say shit after Sass too? Can't recall.

Il nuovo Mancini (but better)

Definitely Allegri's motive is known.

Most Serie A titles with different clubs
Giovanni Trapattoni, 7 with 2 clubs (6 with Juventus, 1 with Inter 1)
Massimiliano Allegri, 6 with 2 clubs (1 with Milan, 5 with Juventus)
Fabio Capello, 5 with 2 clubs (4 with Milan, 1 with Roma)
Árpád Weisz 3 with 2 clubs (1 with Ambrosiana, 2 with Bologna)
Fulvio Bernardini 2 with 2 clubs (1 with Fiorentina, 1 with Bologna)
Nils Liedholm 2 with 2 clubs (1 with Milan, 1 with Roma)

“No more Pazza Inter” - Antonio Conte, 2019

In all seriousness though I don’t believe Conte is leaving until I see an official notice on inter.it. It just doesn’t make sense for either party to split right now. Im not sure even Conte thought his comments would cause the ruckus they have. Although he should have based on the merit of his complaint.

Conte leaving right now would be a failure for both the management and Conte. We would all look stupid. It would also be a huge disappointment because we had already started to shape our Mercato based on his requests. Fuck, Hakimi is probably sweating bullets right now. However the biggest disappointment would be the lack of ability to build on what’s been an encouraging season. Our best in literally 10 years. I hope common sense and cooler heads prevail and we can see this project through until at least year 3.

Really? It will only be a failure on conte. This is literally a situation where 1 hand is causing all the clapping. Conte is flat out saying, multiple times over the season that he will continue to exhibit no chill, composure, and professionalism, unless he is backed 1000% with everything he wants. That's extortion. I don't know what you expect Marotta and co. to do.

I can't believe this is happening. The media has blown this way out of proportion, with Allegri circling around like a buzzard. Its got to be a load raw sewage. Sweet Mary and Joseph! If Conte leaves then get Sarri, since rumors abound he's out unless the swines win the Champions league. At least then I can have a smoke break while watching Inter along with coach.

Steven needs to have a video press conference call and put a end to this crap ASAP, damn it!

It's a bout time we have a coach with the balls to quit instead of getting fired like greedy coward.

To be fair, we had that not too long ago. Mancini had walked away from a lucrative new contract coz he didn't agree re Joao Mario and Gabigol transfers and Kia's interference. Hopefully Suning have learnt a lesson from that, and will find a compromise with Conte.

It's the ultimate ultimatum. Back me 10000000% with everything I want or I will consistently make a scene.

I think you may be overreacting like some in the media. The media is always like that with Inter, so please take the "internal chaos" rumours with a pinch of salt. Ironically that is part of what Conte is cribbing about.

This is not the first time a coach has used the press conference to put pressure on the management, and neither is this the first time a coach has tried to create a "us vs the world" narrative for the team. I suspect this will just blow over and Marotta will find a suitable compromise with Conte on transfers.

One thing I do agree with Conte though, the club needs to stand up for the team more against media/FIGC/etc.
