finally a coach who seems to really care to be present on the side line... not that it's obligatory for a coach but some times i feel that our team needed someone like him that screamed to he's players when things are not going how he want's. He seems to be a nice guy but im sure that he isn't in the training sessions and while the games.

Nothing against Conte, but Spalletti was pazza as well. Everyone has a different way of carrying themselves, but Spalletti was full of passion on the sidelines. It's just that over the two years, and especially in the 2nd, he lost his way. And that was well apparent in his demeanour.

Spalletti was pazza on occasion, but for the most part - and the image of him that will probably remain in my mind, was one of his eyebrows raised, eyes looking at the ground, some kind of frowned expression, with his hands in his pockets. Pretty much a walking personification of impotence and powerlessness. Particularly infuriating to see because he would go into that very mode even when we would score a goal.

I find the whole dancing around on the sidelines and being animated the whole time a product of modern day television coverage and a way of getting a fatter salary and more adulation for the coach than a way of improving the team to the extent that most television audience believes.

Unpopular opinion perhaps but thats how i see it :D.I think the players are well drilled throughout the week and on many times dont pay that much attention to the coach's barking as much as the coach would have us believe.Sure there must be moments when something important is said and carried out by the player but not as much as the shenanigans on the touchline would have us believe.

cmon, it's part of the sport, of football, passion... how much did we love Mourinho when he did he's show? In the interviews, on the bench... Mou was not only one of our best coaches because of the triplete, he was diffrent from the other coaches. This things youre talking about are a signal from the coach of how much work he's doing and how much he really cares.
For sure a coach can be good without this things. But specialy at a club like Inter that has a lot of passion it's always a bonus for a coach showing in every way how much he cares. It's called "identify with the club" for me.

It's not only matter of "show" like youre saying. And im sure that the team has a simliar oppinion on this. Conte can give this team the same passion that he has. And as fan i like to see the team being alive and not shitting in their pants or looking on the ground like Spalletti did.

Alright lads - our first match against Juve, Asamoah scores match winner in 93rd minute.

What does Conte do? Celebrate like a madman? Celebrate cool and collected? or no celebration?

I think he will celebrate like always and then as the euphoria goes away he will be like "oh shit what have I done"

Lets not be like that. Spalletti did his job, even with little investment he achieved the objectives for the club and put us in the position to aim higher with Conte. Lets show some respect.

More importantly, i love how conte is exhalted after beating lecce, whilst simultaneously shitting on spallo.

Short-term memory is a real thing guys. Get yourself checked out....

Inter 3 - Fiorentina 0
Roma 1 - Inter 3
Inter 2 - SPAL 0
Crotone 0 - Inter 2

I admit Spal had his faults , but let's not forget he got us in CL twice (by the skin of our teeth) but mission accomplished, something we have struggled to do for a long time

That is normal as every manager at Inter has his hype moments mainly at the beginning of the season. Saplo did a good job but honestly he lost me with the last two games in CL. He went cowardly to protect our advantage against Tottenham and PSV and i think there he lost players and supporters as well.
If Conte starts doing that shit, i'll jump on the hate train immediately.

Conte: 'Icardi treated right way'
By Football Italia staff

Antonio Conte expects a “tough” trip to Radja Nainggolan’s Cagliari, but tells litigious Mauro Icardi that Inter “did everything the right way.”

“Cagliari is a tough place to play, they are a very good team and will certainly be eager to make up for their slip-up against Brescia. We’ll have to be very wary and prepared to play a difficult game,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

The Nerazzurri got off to an ideal start, beating Lecce 4-0 with new buy Romelu Lukaku on target, but Alexis Sanchez has now joined from Manchester United too.

“Sanchez arrives with enthusiasm and the desire to work hard. He will come with us to Cagliari. He is very good at finishing and providing assists, even if he struggled at Manchester United.

“We must continue working hard, as we had a good start, but I told the lads there are two areas where we really need to improve, because we are building our future right now.”

This is a reunion for ex-Cagliari midfielder Nicolò Barella and Inter loaner Radja Nainggolan, who effectively swapped places this summer.

“Nicolò is working, getting into our ideas of football, but everyone at Inter knows they are in competition for places. After the break for international duty, the Champions League begins and we’ll need everyone. It is important to have a solid core of Italian players.

“We have decided together that Cristiano Biraghi needs to get back to full fitness. Diego Godin will be on the bench and we’ll see for Stefan de Vrij.

“As for Radja, I have great respect for him, he’s a very good player and I wanted him at Chelsea in my first season there. You know full well that other decisions were made, but I will say hello tomorrow with great pleasure.”

Another player who was excluded from Inter plans was Icardi, who is currently suing the club for ‘discrimination’ in locking him out of tactical training sessions.

“We did everything the right way,” insisted Conte. “People have been talking about this for eight months and I don’t want to get into it. We must be totally concentrated on this season and its protagonists, but I see instead that others remain the protagonists rather than those who are playing.

“We did what we had to do in the right way and we will continue like that. I understand that for some of you it is very important to build on certain situations, but we must be focused on what happens on the field and that is what we are doing.”

There are reports today that Matteo Politano could join Fiorentina for €30m plus bonuses, replaced by Eintracht Frankfurt forward Ante Rebic.

“This is the squad at our disposal, Beppe Marotta was pretty clear saying that Inter’s transfer activity is closed. Of course, if someone were to leave, they’d have to be replaced. Matteo knows I appreciate him and consider him an important player.

“The important thing is to have a targeted transfer campaign, because at other clubs you see them sign players who are not suited to the ideas of the Coach. That means not being clear. At Inter, we were very clear from the start on what we wanted and didn’t get side-tracked by big names or enthusiasm. A player must only arrive if he is useful to the cause.

“Lautaro Martinez can play as a centre-forward or a second striker. He is only 22 years old and can certainly improve, it’s up to him to work hard and continue these efforts.”
