They argue a lot with each other and one thinks he's been told on by the other. Sibling problems.

I will start wishing him happy birthday once he delivers his first Scudetto to INTER.

Until then, fuck you for not giving Nainggolan a chance.

Calm down, my friend. That anger will subside soon, replaced by the soothing embrace of depression. Most of us at FIF are between these two phases right now.

Except our friend Brehme, who is still in denial :eek:blivious:

Nah, I skipped all the steps and went right into Acceptance. The problem is, you won't like it when you come here. Enjoy being in denial. My denial period was back in February when I couldn't believe that Marotta was dissing Mourinho for Conte...

Your stance on Conte is clear to everyone. It's also obvious that you love and rate Mourinho. But I have never heard any explanations. Why would you want a coach who has stagnated tactically big time and who leaves ruins behind? He is nowadays a tragic figure who talks to media about his past victories if anyone cares to listen.

Because unlike you, I do not rate Mourinho as a failure. Maybe it's because I've been following him and not what others say about him.

He did not fail or leave ruins everywhere he left from. That's a very uninspiring comment based on nothing but media propaganda.

We were ruined because we did it ourselves. We weren't ruined in 2010, we were ruined in 2012.
We fucked up in Europe for years and he made us Tripleta winners.

He went to Real Madrid who was a shadow of themselves and Barcelona was tearit them a new one each month and he made them perennial CL contenders (semifinalists every year) and even managed to win the league. When he left Real Madrid remained a top team and one of the few at that level.

Won at Chelsea as well until the ingrates he was managing got rid of him as they did before and after.

Was a terrible fit at Man Utd but as long as Zlatan was around, it was a continuous progress over the shit hole he inherited and then in his final season the whole team and management worked against him.... Man Utd will spend many seasons finding the success Mourinho gave them that they still do not appreciate.

I really cannot see any reason why anyone can claim that Mourinho is past it or has been a failure.

Inter defender Diego Godin has been diagnosed with a muscular problem in his left thigh and his pre-season could be over.

The 33-year-old centre-back had only just started training with his new squad, leaving Atletico Madrid as a free agent and playing for Uruguay in the Copa America.

A statement from the club this afternoon confirmed tests found “a pulled rectus femoris muscle in his left thigh.

“His condition will continue to be evaluated on a week-to-week basis.”
Pintus doing his magic again :eek:blivious:

so you guys have already accepted that we will have half of team in the infirmery throughout the season?

Do you really not realize how completely ridiculous this is? When Conte wins, it's a given and worth nothing. His very few failures of the whole decade are highlighted time and time again. Mourinho is amazing whatever he does.

Well done trying to portrait his ManU tenure as anything else than a failure. He was terrible fit at ManU? Umm, what? So when your favourites fail, you come up with vague and unspecific excuses like this. OK.

I challenge you to find a bigger transfer failure than his record at ManU. 450 millions used only to be completely mediocre and eventually absolutely imploding during third season. Tactically he never looked like turning ManU into a winning team. In your arguments coming 6th, 2nd and a midseason implosion is somehow morphed into a great achievement for a team with limitless funds. Klopp, Pochettino and Guardiola know what they want. This reflects to the players they buy and the way they play. Mourinho was a mess in comparison.

After leaving us, he's been on a downward trajectory. Tactically rigid and old-fashioned. I am honestly quite shocked that you cannot see this.

You are under the impression that Mourinho selected the players that Man Utd bought. We cannot have a normal conversation about his tenure there with such deluded opinions.

After leaving us he was on a downward trajectory. Even more delusions.

So he failed at Real Madrid?
He failed at Chelsea?
He failed at Man Utd?

I am actually not shocked you feel that way because you obviously have no grasp of the environment.

If you want failure, check Conte at Atalanta...

Brehme will say that most of the transfers have been done by Ed Woodward not Mourinho. And he will have a point.
I'm more curious who was behind the sales of De Bruyne, Salah and Lukaku at Chelsea. Pretty sure that it was during the Mou's spell there.

I agree, no point in proceeding. But not because I am deluded. It's quite hilarious that you portray yourself as someone who really looks at what's happening. When in reality everyone, literally everyone, can see that you have let the emotions win over. I have zero emotional reason to think that Conte is better coach that Mourinho. But that's what I see.

Mourinho probably played a part in the transfers. Yes, I believe this. Conte at Atlanta? This argument reeks of serious desperation. When was that, ten years ago? How is that relevant? I thought we were talking about their current state.

I find your assessment hilarious because I don't do emotional shit. I'm cold as fuck and everything I process has zero emotions involved.

Unlike some people who jump to frenzy bandwagons as how Icardi is a fucktard, then Icardi is a god, now Icardi is a moron and so on.

I have zero emotional reasons to talk up Mourinho managing Inter in 2019 either. I'm not talking about 2009, I'm talking about today. And he's been the best available manager since leaving Manchester. His next club will be very lucky to have him.
Antonio Conte was nowhere near being the best manager and he's absolutely one of the worst fits in terms of suitability for Inter. So far the mercato has proven this an accurate assertion. Unfortunately, this season is very likely to continue proving this.

As for your ending, I find it bizarre that you laugh off a 10 year old comparison when Mourinho left Inter over 9 years ago and you explicitly mentioned that his career started going downwards ever since. When all I did with the Atalanta comment was show you what failing at a job looks like.

I will bow out from this argument. There is zero chance of this going somewhere. Let me end by saying that you are most likely the only person in the internet who doesn't think that Mourinho is on a downward trajectory in comparison to other top managers. When this happens, one should consider a reality check.

Oh boy I think you revealed a bit too much there?

But I have to agree that Mourinho would also been my pick as well, but now we have what we have. I still continue to support Inter and the guys who are charge, till they have lost my confidence and then I let my feelings a go and start to shout #notforeveryone :)
But now I will give them a go! Same thing did go for Icardi too, but he crossed the line the last time with that knee injury shit + all that Wanda shit... I get emotional... what can you do, I’m a human with feelins ;)

Oh and why I would pick Mourinho would been 50% feelings and 50% what I know he would bring in the table... that guy have Inter DNA in his vains!
