What I saw from the highlights, he seems clumsy with the ball in his feet, and in most of the occasions he just shooted it hard ahead. He looks very good as a shot stopper though. Maybe, he won't be so influential as Onana, but anyway this Inter is not aiming at CL trophy next season, buy more at next CL qualification.

Even on the last season, our aim was never CL trophy. Not even Scudetto IMO. Ever since Limone came in, we settled for less but last season wasnt as terrible as it looked in the beginning. We managed to bounce back eventually.

However I do think that in the upcoming season we are the most favourites for Scudetto though.

Chelsea made an offer but it wasn't accepted. Not sure why.
Bayern is on him and wants him for 2nd spot. Maybe he said no, maybe he wants something more. Maybe there wasn't a concrete offer.
City enquired about him, but iirc no offer was made.
Udinese made an offer and promised him a #1 spot. Fiorentina talked with his agent.

I worry that we may buy him and then use him for Samardzic and keep him at Udinese to get some time, while we rotate between Sommer and/or whomever else we sign, unless Handanovic somehow renews.
But I assume we gave him assurances that he'll be in the first team and that he'll be at least in the main rotation.


Once Onana is sold, we probably announce this deal. It's all done between clubs and player. But there's no exclusivity here. If we delay to sell Onana and someone else swoops in, there are no guarantees. So we must take Man Utd from 50-53 to 60m and finish this.
