A new technical manager

Alright people.

We just want to announce to you that Enricos has been selected as the forum's technical manager!

Tim has been very busy as of late and I'm sure we all felt his absence. Erik fulfilled the criteria we set and seeing as he's regularly visiting the forum & a member of the moderator team already, he was the obvious choice for us.

If there's something wrong with the forums I troubleshoot what's wrong an I (try to) fix it.

The main reason why I became it is because Tim (the current technical manager) is quite busy studying and stuff
