My thing about chiesa is simple. His performances at fio, imo, haven't been better than what jovetic did there or bernadeschi did there, and neither have really amounted to anything other than being pretty good players. Bernadeschi went for 40M 2 years ago and is bearly worth that price.

Under no circumstance is chiesa worth more because it is a HUGE gamble, regardless of his stats and performances at fio. It is a huge gamble to translate that to clubs under constant pressure to perform (see bernadeschi can't lock down a starting spot).

For me, Inter cannot spend 40+ on hype young players. Anything over that should be for players who have already played at a big club, played under big club pressure, played in big games, or at least be already considered world class.

So I was thinking a lil bit 'bout players I wanted at Inter last summer when all we were talking was some washed up stars or cheap semi-injured options.

Lo Celso was bought by Betis, so we don't have a chance for him. He has had a great season, going to be a big part of the Argie team in the future. Less flashy than some of his peers, but ultra calm and confident on the ball.

Llorente is going from Real to Sevilla for peanuts apparently (around 8-10). Poor guy has been trying to make it onto the pitch, but Solari and Zidane don't rate him that highly. This was probably the last summer to get for "cheap" and he would be better than Vecino for half the amount

Odegaard is 4th best rated player in the dutch league (before De Jong even) and looks like one of the best assistmakers in the biz (Ozilesque) but I am not sure if he could fit our current team. Maybe with Brozović and another runner that isn't Vecino. Also compared to Llorente, Real probably still count on him to come back someday.

There's no chance Rudi Voller will sell Havertz or any Leverkusen player to Bayern. Havertz has no release clause so the only way he could be able to join Bayern straight from Leverkusen is only on a free transfer.

what a laughable nonsense. Havertz will join Bayern thats 100% guaranteed, it is just a matter of when.

He ll stay at Leverkusen for one more year though.
